If you're not seeing the installation option this would mean you're not using the correct installer code when entering programming. The default installer code is '1111'. If this has been changed you'll want to use the new code that has been set to. If you're not sure of the code but have the system setup with a monitoring company, contact them to obtain the correct code.
I have a linear garage door control that's an old model(I guess) and connected to a Vivint home panel. Unfortunately, there's no option to delete the garage door control from the panel. Is there a way to factory reset the linear garage door control itself? If so, how long do I need to press and hold down the learn button, or do I need to press the learn button a certain number of times?

As Joe states in the video, the only type of LiftMaster garage door that could interface directly to the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 at the time this video was made was an older style, NON-MYQ door. If you have one of those types of doors, then you can set up the Linear garage door opener with it, and it can be controlled directly through the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 or IQ Panel 2 PLus. If you have a newer MYQ type of LiftMaster door opener, and your Qolsys IQ Panel 2 or 2 Plus is on Firmware Version 2.4.0 or higher, then you can control even newer MYQ LiftMaster/Chamberlain garage doors locally through the panel touchscreen once this feature has been enabled and configured.
