After being a swimmer in high school and then a (casual) runner in college, I have had surgery on both hips. getting back into running has been a big challenge. I'm loving yoga and strength training. I also love using my planner to map out my workouts each week-it really works for me! Best of luck with your running goals!!
Great timing Jen- thank you!- needed a relaxing moment of happiness- rough few days here as my furry girl had surgery and won't take her pills, so we just got back from vet and getting an injection...there's something I don't want to have to put in my planner :-( Love your PWMs as always!
I can relate with you about the excercising. I'm trying to lose 110 lbs. Down 63 so far but I walk 12k to 14k steps a day. I fell 2 weeks ago and injured my foot and it is really depressing me that I can't walk right now. But on another note, I am new to your channel and I really love your video's and planning style. Such a pretty spread!

Yay!! I needed a minute to sit and decompress and your video showed up. Perfect timing!! I actually participated in the princess half the las year you did and that was my last hurrah to long distance exercise. Going forward I am doing the 5k and the 10k this year while putting a more active focus on weight loss. I'm not sure if another half marathon is in the cards for me but being 75-100 pounds lighter than I am today is definitely my goal for the future. Perhaps my half comeback year will be the same as yours!!
I understand the feeling. I've not been into fitness since I stopped dancing in college, and I steadily gained weight and finally decided I'm over it and it's time to get back in shape (not the same but similar!). I've started walking/jogging daily and my poor flat feet are so unhappy. It's so incredibly discouraging for me to feel like I'm trying to do something really good for myself and my body and my anxiety...and yet it hurts and isn't working and keeps resulting in doctor visits and bills. I'm hoping orthotics help and that this time I can balance doing more and resting enough. Go us! ❤😎

My fitness goals are huge right now. After my job being eliminated and a full on job search to finding a job and within 3 weeks had to move myself on my own to a whole new state my late winter and spring have been lazy and unhealthy when it came to fitness/ health silly relationship issues didn't help either - all that to say I want to focus and get fit, it's a lot of weight and going to be a lot of work as I deal with pcos but I want to do it. I also want to run 5ks maybe 10ks - not longer really - just want to be the person who is always ready to sign up for a 5k and run it without walking. Didn't mean to sound so eeyore in this - I'm stoked and positive and ready for change. I'm envious if your habit forming ability the only habits I have are bad ones, I don't even do the same thing every morning! And, when I write things down I'm the least accountable to myself. I'll be excited to see how your journey goes and hopefully find a little inspiration! Nothing but positive thoughts and prayers for the growth of your sweet family it's obvious that any child of yours is loved beyond measure 😃
It sounds like your in a little exercise slump, but maybe your PT will help you get out of it. I am in a planning slump. I feel like there is no excitement in my planner anymore and I can't seem to find anything that inspires me. Do you ever get like that with your planner?
I will never not love the "rambling". Feels like I'm chatting with a friend. Watched while i filled out my planner for the busy long weekend.
My planner is just as chunky as yours. I am so thankful for the Erin Condren elastic bands. They help keep my old spreads and months contained. :)

Why don't you let Charolette hang out with you while you workout? Bring toys down stairs for her to play with. Or maybe just do two walks a day.
