This movie along with Satya truely showed how Mumbai Underworld in 90s used to be. Now not even single Bollywood movie has given a better Dahihandi song. Vaastav puts so many Marathi actors in lime light.
So true vaibhav. Many more tho. Satya was also an excellently made film like this one and everybody acted extraordinarily. But both were equally and highly sad and disturbing. The beginning as to their entry into the world of crime, the various unfair hows and whys of that and the end when the police are closing in on them and get killed in such helpless tragic ways.

जब मैने ये फिल्म पहिली बार देखी थी तो मैने सिर्फ अच्छी मूव्ही है इस नजर से देखा था पर आज जब उसी वास्तव को पिछले 20 साल से महेसुस किया दुनिया के हर सेक्टर को नजदीकी से देखने का ओर परखने का मौका मिला मिला तो इस फिल्म की डायरेक्टर ओर स्टोरी राईटर को सलाम करना चाहुंगा क्योंकी जो वास्तव परखणे मे मुझे 20 साल लगे वो कितनी बारकाईयोंसे इंन्होने परखा होगा जो आज 2024 मे चल रही राजनीती पर फिट्ट बैठती है ये फिल्म आज भी नेता लोग कितनी बखुबीसे युवाओका झुटा पैसा झुटी शान ओर चकाचौंद का झासा देकर इस्तेमाल करते है ओर फिर अपनी कुर्सी बचाने के लिये किसी भी हदतक जाते है इसी वास्तव को आज भी युवावको समझने की जरुरत है

this is an ALL TIME CLASSIC! so many memorable scenes esp.i get goosebumps when i watch the scene where the mom (reema lago) shoots her own son and cries "maine nahin maara usko", beautifully performed and presented. sanjay dutt, the dad, dedh futiya, reema laago, even namrata all acted so well why dont they make movies like this??
