He looked great. He had 5 blocks the game before. He can be a double double guy after the allstar game next year.

Hola Amir. Cole Swider shot lights out 5/10 from 3 for 21 points. He's clearly the Duncan replacement. Also shot 47% from 3 last year in the G League. Ware of course I am not surprised with his ability one bit. That Dirk leg kick out fade away a thing of beauty. But my eye was on PG. I wrote to you a while back on your 2nd round/UDFA video you did and said to watch out for Isaiah Stevens. 5 year PG Colorado St left records in points, assists and 3 point FG made. He started today and easily outshined Pullin and Williams in a win. He was 4/5 from the field for 10 points, 2/2 from 3, and the eye popping stat of 7 assists including several lobs and passes to Ware and others. Like I said before and I will repeat right now. Stevens will solve our PG issue off the bench. He will set the table for all. I am sold on Stevens (not over Kolek 👍) but darn near close. Hopefully more Heat fans will jump on the Stevens bandwagon and enjoy his leadership as a floor general. The steal of the UDFA over Pullin and Johnson and maybe over second rounder Larsson all 3 who are legit to begin with. We got some serious players. Great job to Pat and this FO. ✌️

Looks like a rookie year Jaren Jackson jr. With max upside Kevin Garnet gotta get the bad shot selection under control either way heck of a 15th pick

I have a lot of optimism now, honestly. If this guy can work his way to a starter like Jovic did by the end of the year, I think we’re gonna be good.
I think Jovic is gonna blow minds with his improvements. I don’t feel as gung ho about Jaime, but I think he’ll improve his 3 ball and a little bit on defense.
I think Highsmith will show a lot of improvement too, and we just gotta go sign that man. He would be the only one we have that we can hound opposing guards with.
We need to trade Tyler for a much smaller contract, an expiring, or picks, anything to get started on cleaning up our books for the future.
    Other keys to our success:
Like you guys said, Ware puts on size and can reasonably defend centers one on one.
Bam develops a workable drive and kick game.
We lean much further into Jovic’s point guard skills.
For the first time, our size is going to be hard to deal with.

Ware looks good. I just hope that Spo will play him and Bam together at the same time. But we know Spo can't coach bigs, and is incapable of going away from small ball (no matter how many players get hurt).

A center who actually identified and took advantage of a mismatch with athleticism… who knew that was possible for a Heat center to do?!

He’s 248 he’s fine for now. Yes another 20 pounds or so would be nice. But he’s ok for now.

I’ll trade Tyler for Lonzo. A healthy Lonzo ball is the exact player the team needs. I believe he’s on an expiring contract, so he’s helping us whether he gets injured or not.
But his advanced facilitating and defense is exactly what I would want on this team.

      @kvincarter Місяць тому +1

You’d probably need a third team to take on Tyler because Chicago has no need for him nor should they want to because like you said he’s an expiring contract while Tyler still has $93 million left on his.

Good point. I was thinking along the lines of the Bulls wanting to get out of the Lonzo business, but they actually are getting out of the Lonzo business.
Trying to think of other guards that excel in those areas to some degree. Marcus Smart? Don’t think he’s worth including a pick if that’s what they want.

@@kvincarter and Chicago just traded for p giddey so surrounding him with shooters is what they need.
