So Uh.... long story short, I am a human shifting duck who escaped a mad scientist's lab. I was just a normal duck until I met this weird fat lady who just did some black magic and turned a peacock to a beautiful girl by accident, and I decided to mess her spell up while saying "ORE WA JIYUU DA!!" and here I am now a VTubing duck LMFAO.

Can you please explain me why it is useless? I'm not using claymore characters so idk what they need to max efficiency but bell's passive doesn't look useless to me.
@@rn3492 The bell has a long cooldown and you have to take damage for a shield that isn't even that good in the first place, especially not when you build your character for DPS and not HP%. Not only that, the weapon has an HP% stat and no claymore character in the game scales with HP% currently.
This is what I know at least.
@@C4Oc. Thank you for an explanation. Dehya's damage scales from HP so now we have one. But long cooldown still ruins it's passive. I thought it's not useless because it increases your damage on 12%(R1) while you have a shield.
@@C4Oc.Dori's healing is HP based but even I just use a fav on her. My Beidou is a mixed hp/em set and is the sole reason one of my teams doesn't die to burst dmg. Not optimal for abyss by any means but perfectly serviceable in overworld situations

I said if I lost my 50/50 to dehya I would build her, unsurprisingly I lost my 50/50 to the character with such a bad er problem that if I didnt have a er sands, I'd rather build amber. Shes lev 81, lev 90 wolfs gravestone, lev 8 burst, and a copium emblem set, her stats are 57 cr 137 cd, 24k hp, 2.2k atk. With crowned bennet burst c1, vv, and xiangling pepper because I dont have mona or any good off field hydro that works with dehya. Dehya did a huge 14.8k dmg per punch, even with vap and mona burst It would still be sad doing around 30k. They did dehya so badly.

I hate to be that guy but if so you're doing it wrong 💀
I would recommend you watch some guides or something. While character levels beyond 70 can scale your damage, especially because of talents, the levels themselves don't do all that much (unless reactions or non-ATK scaling). 200 damage with level 70 is really bad, like hilariously bad. Not even Xinyan, Dehya, or Qiqi are stuck that low if you build them properly. Sure, they aren't the best, but 200 damage? That is a very low bar. Wait until you hear that Inazuma and later weekly bosses have >1 million HP at level 90.

Considering how The Bell is actually counter-intuitive to the build, making her take longer to start dealing damage, yes. Very much so yes.
Given how the bubble deals Physical Damage, I'd consider testing the Snow-Tombed Starsilver, since it can be crafted.
@@yubelious5584 The 4-piece set bonus literally says that nothing can increase the damage, except healing up to 30K (obviously) and RES reduction. Also applies a 0.9× multiplier on top of the saved healing. DEF and level differences between player and monster don't count either.
@@C4Oc. That is not the case in my experience. If that were true, damage from a single bubble would cap at 27,000. However, I have a screenshot of Barbara dealing just a bit shy of 32,000. It must be breaking that cap somehow.

Purely cause of the hp substat. Her healing scales off the hp and gives the clam bubble more physical damage as it deals damage based on 90% of ur healing. Decent substitute if u dont have khaj
