Cauliflower Covered with Minced Meat & Bacon

Have you aver heard of the CAULIFLOWER BACON BOMB?? Then this is your first time! In this video i show you how to smoke this cauliflower bacon bomb on the BBQ in 2 hours? The recipe is very simple and is great to eat with Kids! The recipe if even very good to do in an oven. Steam the cauliflower for 5 min high heazt in a big pot with a lit on and follow the steps in my video. Temperatures are the same.
Ingredients for the Cauliflower Bacon Bomb
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 KG minced meat (pork/beef mix)
- 250G Smoked bacon in slices
Ingredients for the Bechamel Sauce
- 50G Fresh Butter
- 50G White Flour
- 500G Milk
- pepper, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg
