Skywalker Saga was clearly designed to offer a more sandbox feel. Run around the whole galaxy (that was important enough to make it into the numbered movies) with pretty much any character you want. That’s why the hub worlds are structured like that: you can explore Otoh Gunga later with Rey and Leia if you want. Coruscant especially seems big, and that makes sense given the whole prequel trilogy uses it. And then each episode gets 5 levels, and yeah, that’s not the same as the original games, but that still means 45 levels total. We’re just starting into A New Hope, but I’ve been surprised by all the levels that seem to revolve around puzzles. I imagine the original trilogy, with less big duels, will feel more classic. That said, we have also explored some places when we get there. We wandered Mos Eisley before going to the cantina. My partner had Luke in full disguise with a ticket running around trying to find what she was supposed to do with it. Meanwhile I would find a droid terminal, switch to a droid, and then be disorientated as the droids had followed her. We still had great fun with it, even though it wasn’t a proper level.
“They traded hair from the last episode” Funny enough I remember saying something similar when I first saw the ROTS mini figures. And until I was able to get the sets for Christmas I swapped their hairpieces on my episode 2 Anakin and Obi-Wan.
Yep, that 1st scene from the original it's a good way to start the action and could be in the same history level than the shortened Rescue of Palpatine from the Skywalker Saga.
7:03 Holy shit how did I never notice this?!? Reminds me of how all the minifigs on the cover of Lego Indiana Jones are different from the finished game, and how Complete Saga has a brown-bearded Obi-Wan we never get to play as.
i can't tell you how excited i was for the battle over coruscant level in skywalker saga, i enjoyed the trade federation one in PM and was bummed there wasn't a gunship one on genosis. my disappointment was and still is immeasurable and the level was instantly ruined.
The thing about the open hubs is that is a thing of the "Modern" Lego gaming experience, a thing they introduced around Lego Marvel (not sure if Lego Marvel was the first with open hubs), but is a thing since then, in games like Lego NinjaGO movie (kinda underrated IMO, I expected nothing and was pleasant surprised), the Skywalker Saga and other games.
In the original game, having the 1st player play as Anakin on Mustafar and beating Obi-Wan will trigger an additional cutscene of Anakin almost killing Obi-Wan before getting diced to pieces. It was one of those weird details put into the game that make it really special.
Even though the Skywalker Saga does a great job on the visuals and adds a new style of game-play. The Complete Saga will always have a special place in my heart. I've played it on the DS, Wii, PC and even mobile. Good times.
I personally really enjoyed Skywalker Saga's additions. I'm the kind of gamer who tries to get all the sidequests done before continuing the story. With that in mind, I found it fun to run around and search for kyber bricks, characters, and extras before going to the objective, making it feel less like going from point a to point b. Since I got the Deluxe edition, I also got the novelty of playing as The Mandalorian headbonking everything in Otoh Gungah.
I hard-binged the game after it came out. A fun game to complete.😊 I do wish some of the characters had more to them, though. Count Dooku and the Emperor without force lightning is such an odd choice.
@@karlispovisils5297 the only LEGO Star Wars game i have 100% on is the complete saga. the others i just did a down and dirty run-through of the story. maybe someday i'll go back and finish them off
Complete saga did the mustafar fight the best, especially in co-op, because both players had boss health and had to actually fight, as well as the alternate ending for anakin winning.
Ah memories. I like that skywalker saga coming out after the film allows more content that wasn't in 05 and 07 like the yoda Sidious fight. But ill never forgive them cutting out the battle of Coruscant or nods to deleted scenes like clones disguised as jedi and Shaak Ti being beheaded by Anakin.
I was also so excited to play SWS but when I played it, I felt exactly as you said. The free roam is nice and stuff but the levels are really not that good compared to TCS, TCW and TFA. I also didnt like the free camera in levels
Nah. Skywalker Saga has its issues but it clearly had love put into it. You don't have to like it but suggesting they 'didn't care about the source material' is laughable.
Ranking of all Lego Star wars games 1. TCS (Wii specifically) 2. TSS (Any) 3. TCW (Any besides Wii) 4. TFA (Any) 5. TCS, TVG, and TOT, (DS) 6. Game Boy Advance The Skywalker saga is 2nd because I genuinely prefer TCS over it not because of nostalgia, but because It is more fun and It isn't just running all over for 40 minutes and episode.
Even though I enjoy the Skywalker Saga version of RotS, I'll say one thing I'm disappointed by is the lack of Grievous' wheelbike and the chase that came with it. The closest we ever got was that minigame from the DS version of Complete Saga.
At 5:08 the Obi-Wan minifig actually has an OG yellow torso with the modern colored head. It always jumped out to me as a kid, like when I tried making like Starkiller or someone from Knights of the Old Republic and has to mismatch pieces.
I also had issue finding the grappling hook spot under the flower when I was a kid. Lego Star Wars, the first game, was my introduction to the entire Star Wars franchise.
Amazing! Really loving this series. If I'm not mistaken, there were some deleted levels from the original Lego Star Wars game, and there is some footage online. Maybe you can look into that after the series ends?
wow another great video! as someone who got 100% completion on The Skywalker Saga, I actually really enjoyed it despite some of its flaws - I guess I was not expecting the whole pick-up-and-play thing since many modern Lego games follow a similar formula nowadays to The Skywalker Saga overall, still tho it can never beat the original!
Sady I felt the way about Skywalker saga. It's a very pretty game but I feel they overthought a lot of the stages and places, making some locations so big yet shallow. Filled with extras and stuff to do but tbh I rather play a more linear lego game that's fun and easy to screw around with than an Assassin's Creed Valhalla like Open world with so much stuff cramped into one stage
Would absolutely love if the Lego Harry Potter games got the Skywalker saga treatment. A nice reimagining of both games in one complete package of a game
I loved Yoda from the first Lego Star Wars game. While he walked slow or used his hover chair, he jumps around automatically if he has his lightsaber out.
I am definitly in the minority when it comes to Lego Star Wars, Complete Saga. It was fun, but I don't think it truly hooked me, especially with the bad camera on co-op. I really liked the clone wars game as it felt like they truly figured the formula out and had some more creativity. I think though the style of gameplay Skywalker Saga had was what hooked me more. I do like the open world aspect more and space is way more fun to go to. I like hopping into the random ship fights and just being a dick to people in the cities. Sure the levels are short, but I'm definitly not bored (except for in They Fly Now.)
I always thought the way Lego Star Wars handled the Mustafar battle was way cooler than the movie. Anakin and Obi Wan having to go between a duel to the death and reluctant partnership to rebuild the base and escape it collapsing around them just so they can continue their fight.
I had a lot of hype for Skywalker Saga going in but gradually started to come to the same opinion, most levels aren't unique or interesting enough and half the episode length gets devoted to following quest markers in the hub worlds, which, while a nice idea, don't really offer any meat to sink your teeth into other than some basic kyber-brick puzzles and "look guys we referenced the movie please laugh" I would love to have seen where the game could have gone if it continued the path the Lego Clone Wars game started on with a few but much more detailed hub areas which served as an add-on to the traditional design and the new RTS-style levels
While I really enjoyed Skywalker Saga I agree that it was really lacking in proper content in terms of levels. Maxing out planets was really fun but I miss how the original lego games made each level into a simple but mix of platforming and puzzles
Ah the lego version of maybe my favorite star wars film, thanks for covering this flandrew! i remember that jumping part on mustafar, i must've died like 1000x times before i finally succeeded. and yeah, maybe if the chancellor didn't make it off invisible hand, the galaxy would've been better off in the long run. i really enjoy this series, keep it up!
In the GBA version it’s incredibly easy to cheese Dooku because you can lead his pathfinding to get stuck under the stairs - far enough away that you’re out of range of his force lightning, but not so far away that he’s still in range of the lightsabre throw.
It's gonna be very lonely when we get to the sequels lol. What franchise should be next? Assassin's Creed and COD seem to have many versions. Keep up the good work. Always rooting for you! 😃 or mobile Harry Potter games. I don't know. I'll watch them anyway.
Man I always liked the final level of Rots In the first few games as it was fun to battle your brother which is why i was kinda disappointed with the Skywalker saga rendition
I'm surprised you didn't mention one particular difference between The Video Game and The Complete Saga here. Since The Video Game released before Revenge of the Sith, it didn't have any of the soundtrack from that movie, so instead it just recycled music from the original trilogy. In some cases (like the battle over Coruscant), it worked well... in other cases (like the Mustafar duel), the music really didn't fit well. In The Complete Saga, they replaced all the music in the levels with appropriate Revenge of the Sith's soundtrack, although the cutscenes still use the same audio from The Video Game and therefore still retain the original trilogy music.
I have always loved the episode 3 DS space battle over corisaunt as I like its feel better. Being closer to the style of the later original trilogy movies. I haven't played it since what 2012 or something but its burned into my memory so well just to show how much it affected my love of that level. I can't remember much of that game as I lost the DS cartridge & well have never played it since but I do remember playing that game round 2011 to 2012 as I went to Scotland with my Mum & Dad to be at one of their friends from Uni's weddings. Still remember playing it outside of a house of one of the people we went to see. Having it on charge & my mum telling me playing a device as it charges ruins the battery. Oh I think it was 2013 as I remember my dad joking about me & my younger brother wearing kilts but only my Dad ended up wearing one.
To be honest, all of this just shows how empty the skywalker saga is. Just running from point A to B with a cutscene playing in between. Also, if you just do the "real" levels (the levels you can actually replay in free mode), they are so short and just don't feel good in general. It's just the same all over again
Yeah, agree 100 percent. Really regretted spending over 70 dollars on the game when it was over hyped and didn't live up to expectations that were set by TT.
seems like the Skywalker saga missed a beat by featuring so little actual gamplay, also loved Yoda's floating vessel he used it made him one of the funnest characters to play as
I'm glad I'm not the only one that had to do that jumping section a million times. That was my little brother's favorite level and uh he wasn't very good at the game
Something interesting no one brings up but in the original Lego Star Wars Game the Kashyyyk level has three characters in the Level which the third is some random Wookiee that’s supposed to be Captain Tarfful. The original stand alone games had more charm than the complete saga in my opinion.
Hot Take: Doom Eternal nails the Lego formular better than the Skywalker Saga. Obviously it's completely different gameplay and a different genre but the level design is the perfect mix of jump'n run, puzzles and combat. There are a lot of secrets but you can discover them all near the main path and don't need to run around a big hub world to find them.
Hi flandrew I like watching these videos their so hilarious I'm in stitches everytime thank you so much for 4 putting these on 10 out of 10 all the best mate looking forward to seeing the clone wars one fully as I ain't watched it yet.
so glad you agree with me about sky walker saga, I appreciate the game but it gets way too much love for something that ruined a lot of things that the original had
I recently got a series x and got the skywalker saga through game pass expecting a pretty casual pick up and play Lego game but wow.. the millions of puzzles and collectables in every hub area every 5 minutes was maddening. Not to mention the long stretches in these hubs just running point a to point b.. ugh. Uninstalled the game after 2-3 hours. Wasn't bad but was not what I was after in a lego game.
It gets really tedious and the open world's are very empty besides from kyber bricks and puzzles. Focused too much on open world and not levels and overall it just didn't feel like a Lego game.
Oh man, the original gba games were so jank especially the first one. The second one was such a massive improvement but me and my brother were so disappointed that we couldn't make custom characters.
The luke vs darth vader vs the emperor is going to be hell to make a video on, there are 2 ds versions (lego star wars 2 and lego the complete saga) , 1 gba version, 1 3ds/vita/mobile version (force awakens), 3 console/pc versions (complete saga, force awakens and skywalker saga)
I agree with your take on the skywalker saga being not as pick up and go as the original but for me that doesn’t matter. In fact I like it more lol. I love exploring the hubs looking for secrets!
Honestly, all the walking between missions in the Skywalker Saga game is my second biggest problem with it. Sure, the prequel trilogy may not be the easiest thing to adapt into a game, but the original series of lego games managed it pretty decently. My biggest problem with it, is that when you go back into a level in freeplay (for example, Obi-wan vs Anakin) and play as a different character (like, Luke), it'll force you back into playing Obi-wan. But as a whole, I feel like the lego games as a whole are severely lacking in difficulty. And I'm not asking for Souls level difficulty, I understand that these are for younger gamers, but at least give them something of a challenge! Kids are smarter than some people give them credit for, and I remember getting bored of these games pretty quickly when I was around the age of the target audience.
Yeah, I was really disappointed with the Skywalker Saga. It was one of my most anticipated games of last year and I just found it to be so boring going from way point to way point. Especially in the prequel levels. Which makes me sad because the prequel trilogy is my favorite. I wish they would have focused more on the levels and less on the open world aspect of the game. Or at least make any other kind of side quest besides fetch quests. Good thing I still have a PS3 and The Complete Saga.
Fun fact...I never beat the first lgs because I couldn't get passed the library ledges. Also fun fact...my mom ordered this game for me on PC from the lego magazine
When I played LEGO Skywalker Complete Saga Revenge of the Sith building the Walker was a pain because Troopers with firing at me and I wasn't able to complete it took me 12 times to finally do it
The original having the battle was weird for co-op if I remember correctly as you lose control over Anakin. GBA/DS are impressive as always. Never expected the Skywalker Saga to have a QTE you have to fill and can't lose huh why don't other games have that on easy mode. Visuals don't equal gameplay Traveler's Tales I would think your studio of all people in the industry would get that but no the ambitious studio that made Have Call of the King or other impressive games of the past make garbage now. I mean I wasn't into Lego games that much but even still eh. But what do I know mainstream people are supposed to suck this garbage up according to Devs for how basic and accessible means basic moments sprinkled with barely anything going on and boring waypoints. It's worse compared to how I felt about Lego Indiana Jones 2 having wide spaces it's worse. I just see more reasons to play the original era games. Sick of walking and talking and combat and visuals and cut sections why are Devs making boring games and saying it takes so long oh the graphics have to be great forget level design and other effort. Sigh. Otherwise really they removed the ship flying section Idigh. If they scaled it to be easier then sure I'd take that but I hate when Devs cut the fun side stuff for more walking and typical combat gameplay why would I not want to do a flying section and be less bored and have a good break up of things to experience, I'll stick to the original/complete saga then thanks. Walking around wider areas, following waypoints is boring. Their just platforms with not much going on in the city anyways it's not that exciting it could be a cutscene instead but no got to have walking then fun moments like what is this garbage modern design it's pointless if I wanted that I'd play a Quantic Dream game or a Telltale game. They are suited to that their fine games for that sort of direction not everything has to do that. Skywalker saga just has to cut things and make it so boring. I'm not against things being easy for kids as games back in the day were easy to a bit too trial and error. But I mean come on really why ruin the highlights Traveler's Tales got to lose your creativity like the rest of the industry and be boring as ever not surprised you got so used to making Lego games and losing your ambitious side of original games that eventually you get to changing Lego games (which is fair they do get samey) but also make the most generic experience possible of walking, combat, and wide areas thanks really proving my point on pathetic game design. Regardless of the visuals, other gameplay additions of the light Saber door opening and climb in Episode 1 or so the other is disgusting. Some change ups like the robots for the Episode 3 fight too is pretty interesting to do but so much nothing and basic moments aren't exciting for inbetween levels because their so easy to do having what a few platforms, fill them in and then walk places I know the game was delayed and they wanted to be modern I mean bland like a Sony game with walking and combat and walking and combat and so much talking you want to turn the audio off. But come on.

Funny enough I remember saying something similar when I first saw the ROTS mini figures. And until I was able to get the sets for Christmas I swapped their hairpieces on my episode 2 Anakin and Obi-Wan.
I was really disappointed there was no flying level in the Skywalker Saga...that was one of my favorite parts of the original.
I thought people hated the flying levels.
@@traviscunningham7062 Not as much as the Sequel Trilogy.🤷♂️
Yep, that 1st scene from the original it's a good way to start the action and could be in the same history level than the shortened Rescue of Palpatine from the Skywalker Saga.
There’s many things that made me disappointed with the skywalker saga
Lego Batman 2 introduced open world.
@@jlev1028 Thanks, since I didn't played Lego Batman 2, I didn't knew.
In the original game, having the 1st player play as Anakin on Mustafar and beating Obi-Wan will trigger an additional cutscene of Anakin almost killing Obi-Wan before getting diced to pieces. It was one of those weird details put into the game that make it really special.
Just discovered this guy yesterday and already love the content, good work
0:05 entire childhood brought back in 1 second
Loving this series! Keep up the amazing work!
Even though the Skywalker Saga does a great job on the visuals and adds a new style of game-play. The Complete Saga will always have a special place in my heart. I've played it on the DS, Wii, PC and even mobile. Good times.
I’ve played the original, Complete saga, and the gameboy version and I never touched another one since.
All bosses:
Complete saga:
1:17 count dooku
2:08 grievous
3:48 anakin(final boss)
Gba:
4:51 count dooku
5:02 grievous
5:25 anakin(final boss)
Ds:

5:55 anakin(final boss)
Skywalker saga:
6:33 count dooku
6:46 grievous

9:13 anakin(final boss)
I personally really enjoyed Skywalker Saga's additions. I'm the kind of gamer who tries to get all the sidequests done before continuing the story. With that in mind, I found it fun to run around and search for kyber bricks, characters, and extras before going to the objective, making it feel less like going from point a to point b. Since I got the Deluxe edition, I also got the novelty of playing as The Mandalorian headbonking everything in Otoh Gungah.
I hard-binged the game after it came out. A fun game to complete.😊
I do wish some of the characters had more to them, though. Count Dooku and the Emperor without force lightning is such an odd choice.
Thanks to people like you we will never get good video games ever again
@@karlispovisils5297 go continue to play garbage games sheep
@@karlispovisils5297 the only LEGO Star Wars game i have 100% on is the complete saga. the others i just did a down and dirty run-through of the story. maybe someday i'll go back and finish them off
I think the original game is like a snack and SS is a hearty 2 course meal neither is worse just different one is more fulfilling one more replayable
Complete saga did the mustafar fight the best, especially in co-op, because both players had boss health and had to actually fight, as well as the alternate ending for anakin winning.
I reluctantly had to say this ever since I've been watching this I actually gave the Skywalker saga a fair chance
The Skywalker Saga feels like a soulless cash grab with shiny graphics compared to other Lego games that actually care about their source material.
Nah. Skywalker Saga has its issues but it clearly had love put into it. You don't have to like it but suggesting they 'didn't care about the source material' is laughable.
Ranking of all Lego Star wars games
1. TCS (Wii specifically)
2. TSS (Any)
3. TCW (Any besides Wii)
4. TFA (Any)
5. TCS, TVG, and TOT, (DS)
6. Game Boy Advance
The Skywalker saga is 2nd because I genuinely prefer TCS over it not because of nostalgia, but because It is more fun and It isn't just running all over for 40 minutes and episode.
These comparison videos are always a treat.
I also had issue finding the grappling hook spot under the flower when I was a kid. Lego Star Wars, the first game, was my introduction to the entire Star Wars franchise.
7:09 Apparently they didn't inform the developers about Tales of the Jedi before it came out.
I know right! That’s exactly what I was thinking😅
Amazing! Really loving this series.
If I'm not mistaken, there were some deleted levels from the original Lego Star Wars game, and there is some footage online. Maybe you can look into that after the series ends?
I hadn't seen ROTS when I played this game and I always thought Chancellor Palpatine was an old lady lol
Ayyy the OT videos are gonna be great. These were super fun, thanks!
wow another great video! as someone who got 100% completion on The Skywalker Saga, I actually really enjoyed it despite some of its flaws - I guess I was not expecting the whole pick-up-and-play thing since many modern Lego games follow a similar formula nowadays to The Skywalker Saga overall, still tho it can never beat the original!
2:23 - God I miss the chair
This is comedy gold - I love the comedic asides so much.
Would absolutely love if the Lego Harry Potter games got the Skywalker saga treatment. A nice reimagining of both games in one complete package of a game
2:53 No, you're not alone. Even as an adult, I always forget you're supposed to break the plants to reveal the grapple.
2:42 8:21 This must be the Yoda from the what-if story where he crashed the death star on top of Palpatine
C3PO vs Anakin was the kind of idea I didn't know I needed when I woke up today, yet now that I have it I never want to let it go.
You also can't build your own character like in the old games which defeats the whole point of so many different characters.
does it matter?
I always thought the way Lego Star Wars handled the Mustafar battle was way cooler than the movie. Anakin and Obi Wan having to go between a duel to the death and reluctant partnership to rebuild the base and escape it collapsing around them just so they can continue their fight.
I had a lot of hype for Skywalker Saga going in but gradually started to come to the same opinion, most levels aren't unique or interesting enough and half the episode length gets devoted to following quest markers in the hub worlds, which, while a nice idea, don't really offer any meat to sink your teeth into other than some basic kyber-brick puzzles and "look guys we referenced the movie please laugh"
I would love to have seen where the game could have gone if it continued the path the Lego Clone Wars game started on with a few but much more detailed hub areas which served as an add-on to the traditional design and the new RTS-style levels
I remember playing the game in 2005, before Episode III came out.
While I really enjoyed Skywalker Saga I agree that it was really lacking in proper content in terms of levels. Maxing out planets was really fun but I miss how the original lego games made each level into a simple but mix of platforming and puzzles
I never quite know how to feel when someone calls out my comment. So thank you for featuring me - I'm sorry I had to be a buzz kill.
The fact they didn't make a level for Palpatine's arrest before Anakin turns to the dark side is such a letdown.
God the PTSD hit from the OG mission one flying through space. That shit sucked ass as a kid
Great video as always!
I will say though, I know it's a comparison but I think it should be noted that TSS isn't TRYING to be a remake of TCS
yoda rides tank he must i cant wait for the original trilogy levels
3:03 I dare someone to come up with a joke that references Paul McCartney and wings album back to the egg
Yoda used the force on the egg to spin it on!
In the GBA version it’s incredibly easy to cheese Dooku because you can lead his pathfinding to get stuck under the stairs - far enough away that you’re out of range of his force lightning, but not so far away that he’s still in range of the lightsabre throw.
Yeah! This one’s a classic! I remember all the hype around it, and how the game lived up to the hype.
It's gonna be very lonely when we get to the sequels lol. What franchise should be next? Assassin's Creed and COD seem to have many versions. Keep up the good work. Always rooting for you! 😃
or mobile Harry Potter games. I don't know. I'll watch them anyway.
Man I always liked the final level of Rots In the first few games as it was fun to battle your brother which is why i was kinda disappointed with the Skywalker saga rendition
2:55 yes! I feel like I roamed that beach all afternoon before I found the grapple point
It actually took me a long time to figure out the grapple was in the bush. Also I thought that Chicken Little (2006) was good, so I wasn't that smart.
Can't wait for the original trilogy section since there are so many versions of Lego Star Wars II
To be honest, all of this just shows how empty the skywalker saga is. Just running from point A to B with a cutscene playing in between. Also, if you just do the "real" levels (the levels you can actually replay in free mode), they are so short and just don't feel good in general. It's just the same all over again
I agree. The only level I actually felt was worth it, was the Droid Factory level. Ironically, that level also has the worst frame rate.
Yeah, agree 100 percent. Really regretted spending over 70 dollars on the game when it was over hyped and didn't live up to expectations that were set by TT.
seems like the Skywalker saga missed a beat by featuring so little actual gamplay, also loved Yoda's floating vessel he used it made him one of the funnest characters to play as
"I guess Anakin forgot to check the library."
There's a Columbine joke, somewhere in there... a very, VERY dark joke
I'm glad I'm not the only one that had to do that jumping section a million times. That was my little brother's favorite level and uh he wasn't very good at the game
Man... You didn't even mention the Yoda death scream at all in any of these.
Something interesting no one brings up but in the original Lego Star Wars Game the Kashyyyk level has three characters in the
Level which the third is some random Wookiee that’s supposed to be Captain Tarfful. The original stand alone games had more charm than the complete saga in my opinion.
i love when you upload lol means I can have lunchtime.
Facts
Hi flandrew I like watching these videos their so hilarious I'm in stitches everytime thank you so much for 4 putting these on 10 out of 10 all the best mate looking forward to seeing the clone wars one fully as I ain't watched it yet.
Well Anakin’s hair was darker during the complete saga, in attack of the clones, his hair is lighter
so glad you agree with me about sky walker saga, I appreciate the game but it gets way too much love for something that ruined a lot of things that the original had
Complete saga will always be the best lego star wars and best lego game
I recently got a series x and got the skywalker saga through game pass expecting a pretty casual pick up and play Lego game but wow.. the millions of puzzles and collectables in every hub area every 5 minutes was maddening. Not to mention the long stretches in these hubs just running point a to point b.. ugh.
Uninstalled the game after 2-3 hours. Wasn't bad but was not what I was after in a lego game.
It gets really tedious and the open world's are very empty besides from kyber bricks and puzzles. Focused too much on open world and not levels and overall it just didn't feel like a Lego game.
@@dragonballspaghetti154 true. I was expecting so much more, but I play and I get so dissatisfied and disappointed.
Oh man, the original gba games were so jank especially the first one. The second one was such a massive improvement but me and my brother were so disappointed that we couldn't make custom characters.
I liked the first Lego Star Wars with Yoda in his floating chair. That was the best.
This video has made me realise how short the movies could have been with only the major plot points.
I agree with your take on the skywalker saga being not as pick up and go as the original but for me that doesn’t matter. In fact I like it more lol. I love exploring the hubs looking for secrets!
Played the first two
God this unlocked memories.
Sir, you are an awesome gem. Keep making these videos brotha. Much love
Fun fact...I never beat the first lgs because I couldn't get passed the library ledges. Also fun fact...my mom ordered this game for me on PC from the lego magazine
Ep III is the best one in Skywalker saga. Reminds me the most of the classic lego games
I understand 4 through 7 but 8-9 only had one game so no vid for them? Or what? Because I love these videos keep up good work
Pretty good Anakin impression
My first version of Lego Star Wars was the DS version and it was so nostalgic and I’ll say this, Skywalker Saga bored me!
I played the original on PS2, I remember going into GameStop at a mall and finding it
Honestly I prefer the Original lego Star Wars game's over Skywalker Saga.
Same.
8:23 That actually says "Also known as The Senate".
4:05 nah I played revenge of the sith the video game and drooled over the alternate ending.
You didn’t talk about the side effect of being released before the movie
