6:51 oh don't worry about etiquette man we genuinely love seeing people enjoy our culture and food, chow down with pride with your hands we do not mind
The biggest mistake that people make in steak is trying to cook it lean the marble of fat is what makes ribeye so good and tender I prefer rare stale which is the most tender we have been cooking on the BBQ grill all my life. NY strips or ribeye is the best
74 year old Texan grilling all my life tomahawk steaks are ribeyes they are charging for the 🦴 just buy a well marbled ribeye steak 🥩 and you will never go wrong
In the U.S. most casual restaurants have steak sauce available if you ask. Usually A1 or Heinz 57. Higher end restaurants typically offer other sauces like Creamy Peppercorn, Red Wine sauce or Chimichurri.
Born and raised in Texas. Nothing better than a big fat nasty ribeye steak. Texas Roadhouse is the best. Sometime you'll have to try the 72 oz. Steak challenge at the Big Texan in Amarillo Tx
Nothing wrong with putting that tomahawk bone in a Texas themed shadowbox, especially if It was the best steak you ever had. lol Love grilled beef. You really can't go wrong.
I'm glad that Texas treated you right. That tomahawk looked so good! Did you mention the name of the restaurant? We're not too far from Fredericksburg. Thanks for a great video.
Did you know technically that you both were eating the same thing. A tomahawk is a ribeye with the bone still attached, though a bone gives extra flavor.😃
Pretty sure they sous vide and reverse sear that tomahawk steak! If it was strictly broiled or grilled it would have a 1/4 inch of grey meat right under the sear then medium rare meat in the center.
Mrs. H....aaaahhhh.....your hat is fabulous. I have one similiar...but want a camel skin...you look amazing always..with your hat... wowsers!!!! Lovely.
don't know why you guys fell off my timeline, I need to search for you specifically now, always used to pop up with a normal main page refresh and my subscription.....
The color of that tomahawk steak looks to be medium or even well done , which most people would say is NOT the way to have your steak cooked . I saw no pink at all in it .

It's still just a Ribeye that they charge you more for the extra bone.
Exactly, I don't understand the hype...
thicker, but yeah, beef tates better cooked with bone
Wouldn't have paid that for it. But I get it... Thanks for supporting local Texans. From San Antonio.
The biggest mistake that people make in steak is trying to cook it lean the marble of fat is what makes ribeye so good and tender I prefer rare stale which is the most tender we have been cooking on the BBQ grill all my life. NY strips or ribeye is the best
Glad you enjoyed.
Big difference in taste from beef that's corn fed versus grass fed beef. hello from Chicago.
74 year old Texan grilling all my life tomahawk steaks are ribeyes they are charging for the 🦴 just buy a well marbled ribeye steak 🥩 and you will never go wrong
Now you've made your own. Which was better?
Can’t go wrong with the tomahawk.
That "Neanderthal' bite was addictive. I was feeling it. SOLID SHOT!
In the U.S. most casual restaurants have steak sauce available if you ask. Usually A1 or Heinz 57. Higher end restaurants typically offer other sauces like Creamy Peppercorn, Red Wine sauce or Chimichurri.
Hi Mr H and family ❤️! Bloody love you guys from California!
Good cow!😂 that was classic!!
That substance in the mashed potatoes is most likely the peels. We don’t peel potatoes in casual steakhouses over here.
Born and raised in Texas. Nothing better than a big fat nasty ribeye steak. Texas Roadhouse is the best. Sometime you'll have to try the 72 oz. Steak challenge at the Big Texan in Amarillo Tx
If you're going to eat a tomahawk steak, you might as well eat it caveman style. Great video.
Another amazing video, so happy that you are showcasing America in such a positive light and enjoying yourself along the way
HP anyone?
🇺🇸❤️🇬🇧 🤩
It's not Chicken fried steak without gravy. You should always pour the gravy over the steak.
Mid rare is the way to go, in my opinion. Not everybody is comfortable or used to meat done under well, but completely changes the experience.
Can't go wrong with the Tomahawk
Nothing wrong with putting that tomahawk bone in a Texas themed shadowbox, especially if It was the best steak you ever had. lol Love grilled beef. You really can't go wrong.
I can feel my arteries hardening just watching you guys enjoy those steaks. 😁
His looks much better!
I'm glad that Texas treated you right. That tomahawk looked so good! Did you mention the name of the restaurant? We're not too far from Fredericksburg. Thanks for a great video.
Yummm i love a good tomahawk
steak noobs go for the filet but steak pros go for the ribeye
That gravy ur little girl had is for both the chicken fried steak and the spuds.
My brother makes amazing tomahawk steaks ❤😊
Normally restaurants will slice a tomahawk usually they are meant for 2
I wouldn't dare get in the way of Mr H and his Tomahawk
❤❤❤ delicious
Is this in Lubbock?
Fredericksburg. North West of San Antonio. Bout 2 hours.
Did you know technically that you both were eating the same thing. A tomahawk is a ribeye with the bone still attached, though a bone gives extra flavor.😃

If you’re in Texas that unique taste is probably because the steak was cooked over mesquite smoke.
Mrs. H....aaaahhhh.....your hat is fabulous. I have one similiar...but want a camel skin...you look amazing always..with your hat... wowsers!!!! Lovely.

In Scotland they eat haggis. 🤢 In France they eat snails. 🤮 In Texas they eat beef. 🤠 So... where do you want to vacation? 👀
Certainly not Texas
🤠👍👍

The color of that tomahawk steak looks to be medium or even well done , which most people would say is NOT the way to have your steak cooked . I saw no pink at all in it .
You people order chips too much!
Chuck Eye Steaks tastes so much better than a ribeye or a T Bone.
This is Glory on Garbage.
That chicken fried steak does not look good at all.
Try Ruth’s Chris Stake House, and let us know.
