yes, he is a great coach, but why isn't he sticking around now that the players control their own College career? and transfer if it's NOT for them? because he doesn't have the option of stacking the the 2nd and 3rd team anymore with players who otherwise would start and dominate in different programs.... now the playing field will be fair across the board..
