All men are not the same = every industry has problems for women, why question only film industry: means same attitude, zero responsibility!! I have had relatives, both men and women working in other fields, including my own parents....not heard of a story where any one had to compromise for their bread and butter. Yeah, there have been men who have given bad looks/vibes, what we can term as "jollu". But in the film industry, the top heroines usually say "we have heard of these instances but has never happened to me" but a small time actress, characters artists, junior artists' bread and butter come at stake if they don't compromise!! They are not given jobs when word goes around they do not "compromise"....and all you big wigs of the industry want to shove the real issue under carpet by saying "all industries have women issues"!! It's quite shameful!! Since most of you are portrayed as having feminist ideologies!
