If everyone drafted according to consensus then there’d be no point of having scouts
as a packers fan, couldn't be too much happier with our draft. while a few of our picks might've been reaches on the big board, that's par for the course for packers drafts. feels like we got a lot of guys with high upside at key positions of need, especially on the defense. for what it's worth i also have a hard time slighting almost any offensive line pick by the packers in any draft, feels like we draft a new pro-bowler every year
For the 49ers, Jacob Cowings was not rated as undrafted free agent, not even close. He was rated variously at58, 60, 73, 93, 93, 117, 127, 141, 147, which is an aggregate of 101, so he wasn't a reach at all. Renardo Green was rated 43, 70, 79, 89, 90,91, 92, 110 and 120, which is an aggregate of 87. So he was a slight reach, but they weren't going to get him with their next. I saw several draft analysts like Brett Kollman said the 49ers got a steal with Green.
I agree. The Niners suprised me with the first eound pick with Pearsall. I expected if they were going to pick him up it would be in the second or third round. However, I am still happy with that pick.He would be an excellent pick for the slot. I expect great things out of him. Renardo Gtreen was a great pick and much better than he was projected. Overall, I think Jackson is completely wrong on this one. I can think of at least 4 teams that deserve to be on the list he didn't even mention in this video. the Niners deserve to be in the middle of the pack but certainly not one of the worst.
if jordan morgan wasnt picked by the packers someone would've taken him in the next couple picks. is it really a reach to guarantee the guy you want only maybe 1-3 spots ahead of someone who might have taken him?
Yeah Report was Commanders trying to trade up to get him, Also reported multiple teams wanted Evan Williams in the 4th lol
If you got to watch every Titans game like I do, getting the O line straight was #1. Hopefully Sweat will be motivated by this opportunity and him, Big Jeff, and Landry can wreck the games.
When a person pronounces the Falcons 2nd round pick, it sounds like Scooby-Doo talking
The 49ers are definitely on the list. They were reaching on picks. They can't get their personnel issues resolved. They should have had things figured out with Deebo or Aiyuk prior to the draft so that they would know what to do and they didn't. But hey, I'm a Rams fan, so I love to see San Francisco in disarray. They definitely won't be the same team that they were last year and with a more competitive NFC I don't see anyway that they're the number one seed or that they even win as many games. Hell, there's a good chance that they don't even win the NFC West!
Me too😂I hate giving them credit
I'm glad you think so and I hope the rest of the nfc west thinks that way too. We enjoy being underrated with a loaded roster.
"Reaching" is such a meaningless term for fans because we have no way of knowing how the other teams rank these players, from Stroud we can surmise that HOU was about to select Ricky in ten or so picks. I think you just get your guy, if he fits and it lines up in the area code then pull the trigger. He can beat man coverage on a team that didn't have much of that outside of Aiyuk and pairing the two together will do wonders. Deebo and BA were not likely to go anywhere unless someone gave us a lot, that was the plan and now we will probably just play with them all for a year. Kind of a good problem to have. You guys are the only competition we have in the division (Stafford is always scary to play) so we can look forward to some great games between us this year.
The term "Reach" is insane lol
People said we reached on Fred Warner
Lmao
We dont know if a pick is good or bad until a few years from now
By default, you can just always add the Jags to the list.🙁
The Falcons signed Kirk Cousins as a bridge QB and a mentor to Penix. This way, Penix can develop from the bench. QBs are more likely to succeed if they can sit for a few years than if they have to start right away
For the Commanders, are you nuts!?!? Most people thought Jayden Daniels was the 2nd best QB in the draft. At the very least, people were okay with him or Maye. In fact, there are a lot more people who think Maye will be a bust than Daniels. To have the Commanders on this list for that reason is ridiculous.
Cope. Penix can learn but you’re burning his entire rookie contract
Paid 180 million to be a mentor 😭😭
I sense a lot of cope here. Penix is a great pick for most teams under 15 in the draft who needed a qb . Atlanta did not need a qb.
Kirk never would have signed in Atlanta he knew that was the plan.. this is going to be a train wreck
$120M is a steep price for a bridge
Maybe it's just my prejudice against anyone named Drake, but I cannot see what Maye does better than Daniels.
maye is overhyped because of his potential that we havent seen and with him goin to da pats he probably wont be successful
I'm a Jaguars fan and this is the first draft in a while that I felt almost every pick made sense. I'd give it maybe around a B+ or an A-.
Packers always get low grades in the draft then continue to prove everyone wrong
Great Vikings Take
Like Daniel’s think he has the ‘it’ factor
1. Bills
2. Bills
3. Bills
4. Bills
5. Bills
6. Bills
7. Falcons
lol def a dolphins fan got that little brother energy
Then you don’t know much about football….Bills had a solid draft and I’m not even a fan
packers had a good draft this guy tweaking
Eagles was my favorite draft. Next lions.
Yea just don't sign Kirk Cousins
Penix is as ready to play as any qb in the draft. It's maye and JJ that need developed a lil bit
Poor Pennix. He's football 🏈 day 1 ready and the dirty birds are going to make him sit JD will be ok.
Eagles are always the winners of the draft
Cool? This is loser bruh
Loser in superbowl lmao
@@lalio12last superbowl win?Better yet appearance?
lol I’m browns fan the eagles just know how to draft well is all I’m saying 😤yall corny😂 Super Bowl this Super Bowl that stfu😭
The thing to remember when it comes to these UA-camr draft 👆🏿guys is that many don’t actually go to any of these practices and physically watch people with their own eyes and evaluate. They base their dime store analysis on brief research, comparatively speaking, versus people who actually do the hard work & pay their mortgages with their ability to scout & evaluate. It’s like someone who spends 15 minutes on WebMD researching a diagnosis versus someone who’s been to medical school and gotten certified to work in the field. Doesn’t mean that the person who’s been to medical school is always right, but I’ll trust the people who live in the world of football versus someone who lives in the world of UA-camr football. Makes for a conversation piece, though, which is of course the point.
4:48 is Jordan love a hall of fame talent yet idk
Dudes been shitting on the titans for years now and is constantly wrong
Cards had 12 picks. 2 or 3 of them are studs, then it’s a W draft. Imo cards had one of the best drafts.
Patriots Patriots Patriots
Titans fans WHOSE got it better than us?
Man!💩how you know these players going be their, just because you putting a number on them of where they should fall, go get them, than the next pick, that team grab him, than what, because he was rank 78.
Say no to drugs man!! 4th/5th rd picks you complaining about. Really man, they going get compensatory pick, probably 1 3rd, tampering pick, maybe 4th, vikings going be okay, remember 1st rd still got.
🥛take
As a Jags fan I REALLY HATE TRENT BAALKE. BTJ was a great pick but everything felt like reaches. Its clear that Trent Baalke only watched LSU last year. And we didn't trade up to get any tackles when we really needed some
As a 49ers fan, I'm so glad he's not our GM anymore. He's terrible at evaluating most positions.
Jags got a tackle in the 4th rd. Did you want to replace Cam this year?
BTJ is objectively a great player but CB was also an enormous need for us. And yet, because Baalke decided, presumably before the draft, that BTJ was always going to be his pick, we forego the highest rated CB prospect for the 4th highest WR prospect in an unfathomably deep WR class. Baalke is an abominable drafter, is incapable of adapting to the board and falls in love with measurables over production. As long as he's here we'll end up wasting every rookie contract because we don't see production until middle of year 2 of we're lucky.
yall gon see jarrian jones man
Rams won draft
CRY WHINERS CRY
