Easier to get out of the case? yep, working on that too likely with slight tweak to magnet location and change of plastic. Vocal prompts: a future app update this year will give you that option. lastly, a dongleless (is that a word?) option just might be in the works. Thanks again!

I just got these delivered this morning and without breaking them in they sound very crisp and clean and pretty good base. I think my j labs ANC earbuds have a deeper and fuller bass probably because it has a larger single driver.
I suspect this will be heavily discounted at places like Best buy. Like maybe even $99 at some point. They used to sell Epic air Anc models for $50 all the time (MSRP $100). The ANC was weak but it had amazing battery life, 9 customizable controls, a loud, if messy transparency mode,qi charging
The custom settings is where real sound quality begins. The Jlab presets are pretty poor imo. Odd I can't find the spatial audio option even though my phone (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) has no problem with the spatial audio on my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and every other earbud I have that offers spatial audio. 🤷🏻♂️
I love the JLab brand have been waiting for them to offer a high end set. They appear similarly shaped to the Soundpeats Engine 4. Can't justify the $200 price, but $150 may be worth it based on competition available. Thx for sharing your experience!!
Did you had a chance to check how the sound signature changes with ANC on and off? I recently had the Jabra Elite 10s here for testing because of all the good reviews they got. Absolutely hated the super bright sound signature and that they sounded even more bright and annoying with ANC off. So still searching for the right buds and the JLab at least got a 10 band EQ so in worst case I could come up with my own preference

Ive never once had an issue with getting the earbuds out of the case! Also I prefer to hear the voices when i swtich modes. To me the sound and dongle is amazing. Ive used to xm5, between 3anc and others. These are by far my favorite. I was using my Elite 10s everyday but i tend to grab these way more often
Just got a pair this week for 140. I love them! One thing I wish it did was being able to have multipoint with the dongle (dongle + bluetooth connection).

I agree about the PC app, but that would've brought in extra development costs - Windows, Mac, etc. For their first flagship, I think JLAB wanted to ease in without going all in.
Copped mine when they first dropped for $100. Sound quality is excellent and it's a jack of all trades type device. Good ANC, good transparency, good comfort and touch controls. Build quality is sturdy and it's pocketable too. The dongle is a game changer and I love just chucking it onto one of devices, instead of having to search for the device via Bluetooth. This one deserves your money, y'all.

Man I really wanted to like these but none of the tips would stay in my ear to make a good seal. Constantly shoving them in further just caused my ear to hurt. Ended up returning them.
My initial impression of these was great. Great sound and a lot of bells and whistles for the price. However, I had to return them the next day because of connection issues. The sound started randomly skipping like there was some buffering issue. Sometimes pausing and restarting would help, sometimes nothing would help besides disconnecting and reconnecting. So I sent them back and gotten Between 3ANC. Very happy with the sound of these. A league above the Jlabs in my opinion and almost half the price of these if you catch them on sale.
Hello.... another great review....I know you might not use these earbuds daily but have you noticed the battery is dying fast? I got them last week without ANC in 20 mins I'm already 90% close to an hour I'm at 70% such a let down I really like them...thank you again
@grimm5702 no problem at all. I ask because if you're on LDAC, then that kind of battery life is expected. AAC is perfectly fine especially if you're streaming non-hi def content or if you're an iPhone user.

Hmm, quite comparable, but the Soundpeats are a little bulkier so might not be great for fit. Best to test it out, of course. 😁

Thanks for watching! There IS slight variance with ANC off whereby bass is slightly flatter. That's not too bad actually.
It does perform close to the likes APP2, Elite 10, AZ80 but still not quite; yeah very good earbuds yet I’ll wait for discounts.

No it's just a transmitter like that for a wireless mouse.
