    Week 13 is BACK KICKS
    Today Donna pops together a choreography combo using back kicks, single back kicks with a turn, double back kicks & jump turns . I love this combo.
    Tips....
    💦push your heels out to the back to try to get full extension and engage your glutes
    💦 add a plyometric jump in between kicks for extra intensity
    💦 push your arms forward when your legs kick back
    💦when doing double back kicks, engage your core to protect your lumbar spine.
