I think the additional toilet in this configuration makes a lot of sense. You’ll probably never need a second shower, but one day if two people get seasick that second toilet is going to be the best feature on the boat.
Think many would agree with your sentiment. All that curved woodwork would have been so expensive and labour intensive, I much prefer it to today's 'ikea' look interiors. Also liking the slightly darker caramelly(?) leather. 👍🏼.
The decor is 20 years old, but wow that boat was well maintained. It's usually the anchor locker that is forgotten, particularly the upper area around the hatch, and this was almost spotless. A well-maintained boat means it'll serve its new owners very well. Love the dual-heads setup, because nothing will kill the romance of a couple spending a week on the water faster than not being able to use the toity... Thanks for the tour! That's a very fine boat!
I wish he could have been mentioning the company having done all that detailing - are they at this particular harbour, or are they a mobile service, intended to travel and visit customer boats almost everywhere? And they seem to be that good, our entertainer could include them into his sponsorlist?
There just be a way to turn this into a rental for amazing romantic dinners for engagement and anniversary dinners with a small limited sea tour that's not to expensive. How romantic would that be. Great way to off set the cost of boarding the yacht. . Great as always. Thanks you Nick.
Hey Nick it's great to see a yacht that's 20 years old and looks that good and it's reflected in the price so if that doesn't encourage owners to look after their yachts nothing will, Have a great day bud
As an older boat, it is very lovely and fairly clever that they have managed to fit two heads (well one and a half) on a ub-40 foot boat. I don't think I have seen that before! But brilliant tour as always, thanks Nick!
And thank you Nick for this nice show of this Fairlinre Phantom 38 a nice yacht from the 2002 I like the bar cabinet and for the tv but also galley more at front then that this divide the saloon with the out side thanks again Nick
Man that is NICE NICE NICE in terms of cosmetic upkeep. You'd never guess that was a 20+ year old boat. If they kept the mechanical bits in the same shape as the cosmetics, this has to be THE FINEST boat for the the $$$ you have shown on your channel. Also the design has really aged well, love the lines on this boat, the interior fitments/colors still look great 20 years later, that galley layout is pretty cool in that you can prep a meal and still talk to everybody inside. That flybridge looks like a fun place to drink beer and get your hair blown back. Or lose your hat and have your bald head tickled in my case lol.
Another great tour and another great boat...I'll echo the other comments, this boat is a delight to see, so well maintained! It's a super boat, the perfect family boat. I just can't believe how she is in such fine condition...it almost looks new, hats off to the owner for a labour of love keeping that boat looking so good. That is a fab boat.
another great tour Nick thank you, First time i have seen this model from Fairline i can see why you are taken by it Nick it is what i would call a proper little big boat great for weekends
That's what I love from your videos: 1:35 Sometimes you hold the cam still and let us viewers look. .... in contrast to many alledged modern super cool videos where the cam is flying around like a nervous insect.
THIRTY. EIGHT. FEET. Astounding. Phantom obviously refers to the rest of this 45 foot boat who's space is the only visible evidence. Ageless? Ever contemporary. Best use of space in a boat. PERIOD. But for an ocean crossing and a few hundred thousand dollars this boat would be MINE. Great find, Nick. Thanks again for sharing...
Aloha; I'll echo comments below - a well loved, respected and cared for vessel. Other than wrinkles in the leather upholstery - minor - the interior looks brand new. Much respect for the owner(s)! Mahalo
Lovely boat. But after seeing some of the older boats you’ve featured recently, I think this one would benefit from some modernisation. You could go wonders with it. As you say though it has it all.
Good value, and good family or friends cruiser. These 'Noughties's' Sunseeker/Princess/Fairline cruisers have really come into their own today, and can be easily updated as and when you can afford it.
An upgrade on the helm electronics and USB ports everywhere for charging devices to keep the kids and adults happy...and you're set for a long weekend.
Hi , The owners have set a high standard , ready for sale , not like some boats we have looked at over the years . A nice walk round Nick and if any one fancies a Fairline , they were very well built .
This is an excellent boat with all you need & 2 toilet +the fly bridge which is a major bonus. Excellent review Nick & this could be Smugglers 3 not that would please beloved.
What, no crew cabin? 😅 Seriously though, you are right about it is all the boat I would ever need. Well kept 22 year old water craft that has all the amenities one would need for a weekend on the water.
Great layout, like you said, what more could you want, great condition for a boat that is nearly 20 years old, think that offers great value and affordable sailing. Ps like the shoes by the way 👍
Grats on the shoes Nick. Just so happens, I bought new boots for work yesterday and wore them for the first time today 😄. See that, we're practically family now... brother? Lol
My dream would be to live on a boat like this. I would continually work my way around the Mediterranean. HOWEVER. I don't have any money, and have no idea how to drive (pilot)? a boat 😂. But that doesn't stop me watching these wonderful videos and fantasising 🙂
4:48 I use these little moisture buckets sitting on the dash on my boat in the winter! They work quite well! BTW: I like the Fairline 40 Targa better! It used to sit beside this boat 2 years ago when you toured the 40 this Fairline was next to it! 😉
Can you tell us a bit more about those fine shoes? Make/model? genuine leather? Length? Asking price? And will we be getting a full video tour where they are displayed as they walk up (or down) your super yacht stairway?
Ok… I have to be honest. I love Nicks enthusiasm for this boat. As much as we like smugglers blues…we have seen it for 3years of summers. Nick we need you to upgrade and this looks like an option? We need to be entertained ok. Some of us dream of this and you solve that dream for most of us… but seriously you need to upgrade 😀
Very nice yacht for the money. You forgot to give us the top speed? 😁 After a quick look around Google, I think it's about 32 knots. There are quite a few of these for sale so it must have been a popular boat back in the day, and I can see why. 👍✌
I think the additional toilet in this configuration makes a lot of sense. You’ll probably never need a second shower, but one day if two people get seasick that second toilet is going to be the best feature on the boat.
Totally agree, bathing is not an emergency but urinating is!
I’d be that person! I get sick on a boating pond lol
You would never guess this is getting onto 20 years. Much respect to the owners for keeping this in perfect condition. Looks amazing.
Think many would agree with your sentiment. All that curved woodwork would have been so expensive and labour intensive, I much prefer it to today's 'ikea' look interiors. Also liking the slightly darker caramelly(?) leather. 👍🏼.
For a 20 year old boat, she’s in great shape. I’d certainly be proud if she were mine. Another great tour Nick. Thank you
The interior is super inviting and looks like you could relax for hours on that couch!
What a beautiful boat. I think fairlines are ageing quite nicely actually. 25k at seatag and for under 200k, you've got yourself a forever boat!
Thanks for thinking of us! We're ready when you are

A very lovely 2/1.5 apartment. Which does 25 knots!
All the yacht review channel you'll ever need !
I like it! 😃
Brand new shoes made it into the video lol, and very nice tour as well.
Glad you enjoyed!
There just be a way to turn this into a rental for amazing romantic dinners for engagement and anniversary dinners with a small limited sea tour that's not to expensive. How romantic would that be. Great way to off set the cost of boarding the yacht. . Great as always. Thanks you Nick.
A lovely compact flybridge boat, for a weekender or a first venture into boating. Another great tour nick!
Yes indeed!
I’m not sure I would recommend a 39 footer as a starter boat!
@@alistairedw You'd be surprised, some people start at 40ft and more. With the right training it's quite possible.
Hey Nick it's great to see a yacht that's 20 years old and looks that good and it's reflected in the price so if that doesn't encourage owners to look after their yachts nothing will, Have a great day bud
You too!

We always say this Nick….Smugglers Blues 3. Well maybe a little newer model but this would be a perfect size/upgrade for you guys.
Agreed!
Best man for the job, hard to follow the rest doing same job.
Jeezumcrow! 20 yo? Wicked nice. Somebody loved her. And the price is reasonable to embark on your first yacht. Thanks Nick!
As a detailer I am glad to see a nice clean boat, places that are usually dirty like the hatch channels and such are all nice and clean:)
If this boat was closer to the Great Lakes I would give this vessel serious consideration. Seems to be in good condition and well taken care of.
And thank you Nick for this nice show of this Fairlinre Phantom 38 a nice yacht from the 2002 I like the bar cabinet and for the tv but also galley more at front then that this divide the saloon with the out side thanks again Nick

Nick, your one handed filming skills have improved 10 fold. Locking and unlocking the ‘prop’, schmazing. 😉
Thanks 😃
Lot of boat for the money. Well thought out design. Great having the extra loo.
Nice

Nostalgic. Used to have a 99 in 99. Great boat. Saw her last summer. Still looked stunning.
Excellent review, as always. So much extra day space on a flybridge boat.....
Nice on)) all i will ever need for sure! 👍
Love seeing the older boats Nick, great tour
I love the early to mid 2000 fairlines, especially the squadrons. Great boats. Thanks for showing this one.
Lovely yacht, looks great for it's age, all you could need to start out in boating. Nice tour Nick thank you.
You're welcome!

Thanks for watching!
Enjoyable tour of a quality family boat.
Totally agree, all the boat you’d need if not all the boat many would want!
Best boat tourer on UA-cam.
Keep it up Nick, your videos are fantastic today but also destined to become an historical treasure of the yachting world.
Glad you like them! 🙂
Nice little yacht. I like it a lot.
Thanks for the tour.

Amazing condition considering the age and the fact that everything looks original.
Apart from the colour of the leather I quite like this one. Thanks Nick

It's wonderful Boat Nick Sir 😍.. Looks great... And as always looking Dashing Nick Sir 😍... God bless you..
Ideal boat minor upgrades needed👍👍

Great classic yacht . Like the navy & white hull . Looks amazing for 20 years old . Very well maintained by the owner . Mark (Toronto) 👍⚓
Great tour; really appreciate your attention to detail 🛥🛥
Glad you enjoyed it!

My pleasure!

Hi Nick, what a well kept boat. Just by looking at the carpet you can figure out the owners.nice tour.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great tour, Nick! thanks for sharing!
My pleasure!
I find there is a steep learning curve to all these nautical terms. Today I learned about the 'getatable', and the 'rollingupof'.
Thanks Nick!
Grats on the shoes Nick. Just so happens, I bought new boots for work yesterday and wore them for the first time today 😄. See that, we're practically family now... brother? Lol
Shoe bros! 😄
Lovely boat. Thanks for the tour!
Thank you for the tour Nick! This is my all-time favourite boat! My parents had one of these and it gave me endless amount of good childhood memories!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Sleep well! 🙂
Get-at-abil love it its now my favourite word. Love the boat also great vlog
Thank you!
This would be a great start yacht ⛵
Great boat, especially for the age, looks like it has been cared for. 👍🏻
Think it's your next boat !
Nice little boat. I hope you returned the table to its proper position. ;)
There are not to many channels that show an affordable yacht !!!
Great boat, decent price and a nice video as always.
Thanks

Great looking boat for the money as soon as the kids are a little bigger I am going to get a boat.
Very cozy
Very similar to the earlier Fairline Corsica in its layout. Great boats.
Maggie looked very camouflaged and just a bit too comfortable there!
“All pretty get-at-able, new people wondering what the hell is he on about” laughed so hard at that
great video as always!
thankyou
nicks new boat!!!
Love these, I stayed on the Fairline Phantom 43 in Brixham marina one weekend. Loved it. Great video again 👍
I think I know the boat - Reel Estate. Nice!
@@AQUAHOLIC amazing, yes I should of guessed you would know it. The owner is called Nick too.
@@torque2695 Indeed. I know him, nice chap.
Looks like a silverton sport bridge next to that boat. I'd like to see a review of that, as it's a common sight here in North America.
Hi Nick. A lovely yacht for its age. All you need to go boating. Great video walkthrough Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching!
Very nice fair weather day trip boat .
Very nice looking boat. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Your Seamaster looks great
Thank you!
This is a perfect boat for yourself
A GoPro head strap would allow hands free engine room exploration in future videos.
Omega Seamaster on today I see Nick......good choice!
Thank you. It's a classic!
Lovely boat nick 🚤🛥👍👍👍👍👍
Love it my friend.....Bilox Ms
Great boat. If there would only be a barbecue on the flybridge
Another great video Nick. BZ.
Glad you enjoyed it
Love the video I really like that boat 🛥
Great looking boat for a first timer. Would deffo like yacht solutions to do a bit of work on her and bring her a little more utd lol
Nick's new channel coming soon......Shoeaholic.......🤣🤣😂😂great video👍👍
