Federal High Court Orders Sanusi To Evict Palace As Kano Emir

- A Federal High Court sitting in Kano has ordered the eviction of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II from Kofar Kudu Palace.
The court also ordered the Police to ensure all rights and privileges due to the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Bayero be given to him.
The Presiding Judge, Justice S. A. Amobeda who gave the exparte order stated that the order is made in the interest of justice and maintenance of peace in Kano state.

Emir Sanusi should not bogged! It is APC’s agenda because they know Sanusi is outspoken. They are afraid of him. The state government in Kano must ensure that Sanusi remains. Federal government should have a say in Sanusi reinstatement.

The ruling class must allow peace to reign in Kano. Instigating instability in the state will do more harm to the poor citizens, who're already panting under the weights corruption and heavy taxes from few privileged politicians and their royal stooges.

I feel pity for Sanusi. He doesn't need all this drama over a stool. I thought he has gone beyond such bickering after he was removed and had moved on with his life. This is all so unnecessary. The whole thing is so very surreal to me.
