My neighbor didn't want to give me his shed. I roasted his feet over my firepit and now the shed is mine! It's an ol' timey trick but it works. Fairly spot on LOTR reference.
Funnily enough I walked the first section of the coastal path, Glenapp to Ballantrae today, coming from Ayrshire I’m very familiar with this area but have never done the coastal path….something to look forward to on days when the mountains aren’t accessible….best wishes guys, Steven 😊👍🏴🏴
@@HighlandHikersif you stick to the walk highlands route it’s an absolute dawdle, good path/road throughout….you can come off after 3.5 miles and tramp through the long grass/electric fences/bulls etc but I just stuck to path lol
I've walked and run this section a few times. Looks like you missed the section that climbs up into the fields and goes along an old railway line and has great views out to the sea.
Alistair did tell me there was a section on an old railway line, but I don’t remember seeing it! Must have been because we stuck to the beach due to the tide being very low. -Douglas

Haha, thanks Seth! Glad you enjoyed the LOTR reference 😄
Nice video guys. Very different. Something I would be interested doing.
Thanks Alan, we’d definitely recommend it!

Thanks Steven! How did you find the first section? As you say, it’s always good to have some options when you can’t get to a mountain 😃
