Wow!! Beautiful!! What an amazing transformation! Love it, he had a wonderful vision and saw it through, I loved the ending where it showed more of his work, looks gorgeous in the snow, nice to see he put a fire in the house, most don’t, but really impressed!
Crazy thought! I would place plywood first... Then waterproof material over it. Then, I would lay the first layer of old clay tiles (cemented) with a later thick latex paint. Finally, I would place newer clay tiles over it for a better look~ or evenly spray paint the final top older tiles. These issues with mold and common leaks is when snow, strong winds and rain shift or errode them. This overlaying and sealing roof tiles would protect the home for about 10-15 years without continuous repairs and damages... Just a thought😊.
