Hearing "Sail" from unrelated videos is like a Pavlov trigger that brings me here every time. Wingsuiting only allows you to live in the moment, forgetting everything else that would detract.
The best is the Apache Proximity Flight Suit with a full-deployment, articulating canopy!!! As for the helmet, I have to go with the lastest model Shark, or even the top level MotoGP based full-carbon AGV with a polarized face-shield!!!
That guy jumping of cliff in slo-mo with parachute not opening and when he hits his head on rock and you here the bass at 0:17... that was a perfcetly timed Sail with his falling

BASE jumpiincg cool, but no where noar this level . Ugh I want to do this. I'm fat 44 and out of shape. Even if you hit atree... It's better than cancer. I got money. IZipping around a cliff. I'm bi-polar and an alcoholic. Trading an addiction. Like I skydive now. Ugh, I got to lose weight and figure out where these videos happened. I want to know how it feels to fly around a cliff face.

Of course, I rode motorcycles for 68 years, from the time I was 16 and in that time, put half a million miles on many of them, including my last major trip riding all around the USA on a mission to 'bag' the 13 states I had never previously been in before...ALL of them east of the MS River. Six weeks later, and with a 13K motel bill, I had done just that. In my 'other' life, I'm an astronomer and have traveled the world to view total solar eclipses....three years ago saw my last one from Argentina.....my 13th and my 2nd wife's 4th. About two months ago, at the age of 83, just gave my 'last' motorcycle to my youngest son. BHE

There are less dangerous ways to get an adrenaline fix.
Flying all around is neat and loads of fun. It's just when one begins to look around for a landing spot is when things begin to get tricky.
