I agree with you for the most part BUT I do like to keep in mind that this will probably be the last ballpark in history built entirely with private funds, and I think that gives them license to recoup that money

The absolute best ballpark in the world! Spent so much time here growing up as a kid and yes, the garlic fries are indeed worth the wait.
