My grand father acquired land in his father in family partition. My grandfather sold the entire property and purchased some with his name. My grand father did not give any land to my father. But my gramd father gave some land to his daughters under pasupukumkuma. My father filed a suit partition in the year 1998 agianst his half father towards his half share. My grand father filed a written statement he stated the peroperty is self acquired. My father brought the my father sisters. They can not ask equa right thier defense in written statement. During pendebcy of the suit my grandfather died 2001. The court declared this property is joint family property. The court decreed the suit 2004. My father got half share. They went to appeal in the year 2004 , still pending . As they did not ask any coparcenary right. This latest supreme court judgement applicable or not.
