🐍 It is a non-venomous snake found in low-lying areas across the Indian Subcontinent.
🐍 It is also known as Rough-tailed Boa due to its thick and short tail, which is covered with rough scales.
🐍 Due to its blunt tail, it is often confused to have two mouths.
🐍 It constricts its prey, which includes small mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and insects.
🐍The snake is usually nocturnal, but can sometimes be seen foraging during the day.
