@@sato_kaito the majority of the countries that you have mentioned are micronations. Transnistria has its own government but unlike Liberland it's not banned to stay in the country.

I heard that Ethiopia recognized Somaliland this year 🤔.
They signed a memorandum of understanding giving Ethiopia access to the Red Sea in return for a potential recognition
they are negotiating sea access, if recognition is on table is still yet to be accepted

Armenia has no recognition at all from Pakistan. North Korea does not recognize South Korea and vice versa. Generally, there are quite a few large and famous countries which have non-full list of recognitions

then you have exiled governments (Tibet), breakaway states (Somaliland), DOUBTFUL sovereign entities (Northern Cyprus) and startup micronations (Padania, Sealand...)
and definitely not partial self-ruling entities (Niue, Cook Islands) who have agreements with over-ruler
