Primeval Evolved

Primeval Evolved, was a week-by-week adventure that linked to the third series of Primeval, was commissioned by ITV, as part of a move to create multi-platform online content to attract larger audiences to their web properties.
The 10 week online experience extended the stories, world and characters of Primeval. Combining episodic narrative development with casual online gameplay, it allowed audiences to become active participants in the unfolding narrative, and gave fans a closer look at the fabulous creatures of Primeval.
The adventure rolled out in the UK parallel with transmission of the series on ITV1, from March 2009.
Primeval Evolved offered existing fans and curious newcomers the chance to get up close and personal with the characters and creatures that they loved so much on the show. The online experience blended seamlessly with the show, and kept them coming back for more with clues and games each week.
Winner of the 2010 International Digitl Emmy Award, in the Digital Program Fiction category.
