    Very advanced t-stat. Comparable to
I-COMFORT, and INFINITY, but in my opinion.
Excellent job on the explanation especially w/the heat pump .
My only criticism of this product is no option for fan circ. ( circulate), as is on the lennox , nd carrier. But other than installers like myself nd you guys not many know of or understand it's function .
    Great post 👍

I find it interesting that a thermostat with so many settings lacks a fan-only mode. While many homeowners might not use or understand the purpose of this feature, perhaps that's why Ecobee chose to exclude it. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the video but I do have one cocern with a lot of the YT videos that seemingly everyone either omits or refuses to discuss.
If the remote sensor is saying a room temp is High for example, what specifically can be done about it. its one thing to have ecobee tell you its high, but is it smart enough to do something about it.
Also, ive heard that this unit can turn off the internal thermostat, and only use one of the remote thermostats instead. Is this true?
This would be very helpful say in a bedroom at night in Florida in July. I could use the remote sensor to keep the room cool only.
    Does this make sense?

I did not include any information about the Ecobee sensors in this video, as it was already packed with information. I may create a separate video focusing on the room sensors, as they can significantly impact the thermostat's operation.
The thermostat has a setting to use a specific remote sensor for scheduled heating and cooling. Additionally, it can calculate an average temperature by combining readings from the thermostat and connected sensor(s) to provide a more balanced temperature throughout the home.
