    The perk behind using zip ties is that you could just unhook it and store it until next year. If you wanted to do that you would need a way to un hook it and add tension. You could do this with bungee cords or a stretchy rope to hook it to your posts. In saying that you would need to not wrap it around your posts. Instead use a simple loop to hang it on the screws. The small zip ties are cheap and would blend in. In the future you ought to look into not overlapping your rope. That wastes rope.

    Would it have worked to tie little loops all along the frame before putting it up? I'm wondering if the zip ties will slide, eventually! I love your guts! I think we have lots in common! LOL

    leds + earth battery is what i want to do, ive been spinning webs with no circles to begin with so they look like corner webs thanks cos now i will try a circle .
