@@hitm6644 I am sharing a little bit of my experience, when I did shambhavi mahamudra for a continous 8 months suddenly one day after the practice I felt completely blissful, the kind of bliss that i can never ever articulate I don't know how it happened but that was highest level of bliss I have ever experienced in my life
But again it depends on person to person, some people get these within a short period of time but some people take 2-3 years to come to it,
It was just my personal experience 🙏🙏

@@hitm6644 I was really in a painful experience as I was unable to get admission in IITs or NITs after my JEE in 2019. I was used to hearing Sadhguru's talks from UA-cam sometimes as he made some sense. One day I came to know that there is some program called inner engineering which has been helpful for many individuals. So, I registered for it as I thought I should at least see for once what this man is talking about which is making so much sense to me or it's just some talk. I decided to go for the program as I was feeling really depressed and was unable to focus on anything actively. I can say that those 7 days were the most beautiful experience of my life. They made me feel so light and so I decided no matter what I should take up the practice offered in the program at least for the time they mentioned (40 Days). There was no going back then. I realised that being happy and joyful is the most important for us to function at our best in whatever we do. Currently, I am not in the elite institutions I once strived to be in and I am fine with it as for me it's not about who or where I am but about how I am as an individual. Anyways, I always admire what those institutions have to offer to their students. But, I am grateful because now I can give myself 100 percent to everything without worrying about the consequences of it as I can go through any situation joyfully. Shambho ♥️

I loved the way Tamanna couldn't describe Inner Engineering. I thought she is so stupid initially. Then I tried to describe it in my mind. I couldn't myself. For me inner engineer has transformed everything about me. My personality, my health, my habits, my mind, my outlook, my sensitivity. But more importantly it has given me the tool to transform my life the way I want it. And even more importantly a tool to be high whenever I want it 😉

Japa meditation of Hare Krishna mahamantra is the best for peace, joy and intelligence. Best for recharging your physical and mental energy. You will be free from all anxiety.
BUT the japa has to be serious,focused and continuos. Not taking a break every 15 minutes and not distracted by the mobile and other talks.
