I got one of the 5gallon pail pumps from TSC, that worked like a dream when doing my 550h service on my T474.
Hose on end of funnel helps with fill access. Velcro funnel to tractor.
Hi, thanks for this video. How many gallons of hydronic oil am I going to need, I got a 5 gallon but I think I’m going to need more.
Cut the end of the funnel off for a bigger hole
Добрый день. Шайбы на сливных пробках, не надо менять?
I have about 40 hours on mine, but when I do my 50, I think I'll put some boards/bricks down and drive up on them, so hopefully, I can just put a 5-gallon bucket under it.
Good plan. Probably want to try to keep it level somehow though? So all the fluid comes out
@@JohnVHLife Yeah.
Drip pan would help.
Also have the same tractor and just doing my 50 as I type this, never have added any oil to my filters since the factory doesn’t seem to and everything work fine, just an extra mess to clean up. Aren’t these easy tractors to work on !! Kukje makes good tractors, shitty fuel economy but nice heavy machines.
What are the chances we make the same video a day apart lol. Mine has the second drain plug but nothing came out of it. Nice work John.
Yeah. Funny! Thanks!
How much hydraulic oil did you end up putting in it.
I have the 2205h Branson and I’m going to do the 50 hour service on it.
It has a 3 cylinder yanmar,.48 on oil. Almost 4 gallons on the transmission
I got a quick question for you. Have you in your time of owning the tractor notice black stuff spitting out of the exhaust onto the loader arm on the bottom left? Maybe after a few cold starts or such. Just a slight build up that wipes off easily? Just wondering if thats normal. Thanks
Totally normal, mine does it also, condensation in the exhaust system and the exhaust soot blowing out. Mine has a ton on it now, I need to clean it off.
@@JohnVHLife Thats what I was thinking too. I have a 2515h and the exhaust is pointing right at the arm. Im looking at ways to either bend the pipe down or add a splash shield because its annoying to clean it. Glad to know thats normal. I totally forgot about the condensation inside.
@@AleksandrVerbetsky Not sure why they didnt put more of a bend on it to direct it away from the tractor, I built a little stand with a piece of pipe on it, so when I cold start I put it in front of the exhaust and it directs it to the side, time will tell if it helps. Ill probably weld an elbow onto the exhaust and cure it once and for all.
@@JohnVHLife agreed. For now I just don’t have my implements down all the way or they are kneeling to keep the arms away. There are pope extensions that bend down. I might cut mine and replace it or try to bend it but I know that it might be tough with the thicker steel. Thanks again
