I'm sorry but I think in this particular performance they did lipsync. They sounded very stable, no breathing at all which is impossible since they also danced. But there are also other videos that show them singing live and they did sing very very well too. It's not a shame for big groups such as Shinhwa to lip sync tho. My sister worked at tv station and usually senior musicians or super popular ones are asked to lip sync because singing live is more expensive than singing lipsync.

having seen them live at kcon la 15 where I became a fan I can vouch their live performance are no joke the pc or tv does not do what they do justice!
I just love Shinhwa like i feel i'm to young and WAY to late to join the fandom but i still enjoy their music. Just seeing older generation idols makes me cry for some reason idk i just love seeing Shinhwa again. They are just amazing like they are in their 30's and they still sing and dance better than me. I applaud them because of what they've been through and because of what they acheived even through all those hardships. I also applaud the fans for being so patient. Love you guys please keep on living the good life and fighting the good fight! FIGHTING!

It felt like forever since sniper! And I love how easy going and chill this comeback is. It's laid back but super effecting. In my opinion, they don't need to be flashy or showy because they are just overflowing with charisma and they let that show in their performances for every comeback.
