Does where it's drilled really effect the hook of the ball that much? I JUST got this ball and I hadn't bowled in 5 years....I was a little disappointed with the backend hook being what I thought to be weak..... Could be me, I need to make my release and roll consistent....
How were the lanes when you tested it out? Fresh oil? I have a pin up version. Only use it on the 2nd/3rd game once the lane oil simmers down. On fresh, it likes to glide, but its to be expected since the ball is made to go down further before it transitions.
