I think Quinn should be punished for his behavior. In the past other pro players had trouble saying shit like this in pub games, and this absolute trashcan of a person just does the same and is free from consequences? Pretty unfair imo.
Pretty sure no one has been punished because of toxicity. The people you might be thinking of got fined because of racism or if you're thinking of Lil Valve didn't punish him, no one just wants to play with him anymore because of his toxicity in game and irl

There was nothing wrong with Quinn's (old) behavior score, it's literally his karma for not being able to play the game like a decent human being. He deserves low behavior score
Many of these pro players dont seem to understand that they exist to create entertaining videos for us. Thats it. Just because they choose to make a career out of a game that people play to de-stress/ relax doesnt mean other players need to treat it as seriously as them. They need to remember, that their ability to feed their family literally depends on how entertained they keep us. So stop being toxic, when we tell you to dance, make sure you dance as if its the last time you're ever gonna use your legs. Tons of circuses out there, if you cant perform for us when we tell you to, we'd just find another monkey to do it.

Quinn was praised because he had used a high register and mid range vocabulary while flaming, which was kinda humorous in an absurdist way, but tbh he's just some guy who took like a decade of being just like that rank 700 player until he recently became successful. He's not kind, attractive, witty, or otherwise praiseworthy. Just a weird shut-in with no social skills being angry at people over a pub game.
Toxicity in dota will always exist if famous players like Quinn or Ammar can get away with these childish behaviors.

Why do people get upset by what others say? Just ignore him, it's normal that there are all kinds of people in games, if you're going to cry for every person who insults you, it's better not to play Dota 2. Valve allowed dota to be toxic, toxicity was never punished in dota, thats why this game is even alive i think, if you start banning people for toxicity the game is gonna die, i think you should just mute people or even play with full mute if you sensetive about something, thats what dota is in a nutshell, you wont change that in overnight, Quinn is just one of thousands of immature people that are gonna behave like this over a game, you have to be mature yourself and ignore and mute people or develop a thick skin and recognise that negative people are usially people in dire need of help themselves

I have a question. Why play Dota2 rank game match if you been through hard times? Like you knew you'll have a chance to meet this type of players who really wants to win so bad to the point that they will insult you. Also you have an option to mute him when he starts to rant then problem solve. I have someone that i love past earlier this year yet it didn't go to my mind that I will go play dota2 rank match and not expecting some shit will happen.

Don't bring up an excuse to justify a bad level performance due to poor emotional condition. Play to have fun with less stress? Go queue turbo, ad, or unranked.
