Bless her, she had a little bit of a wobble then simply couldn’t read the question. She was so honest to go through second time even though she still wasn’t sure- testament to your partnership. Well done 👏🏻 still a very successful event going on how tough it was for many.
It's all a learning curve and valuable experience for you both, Emily. Addie is a fantastic horse and she will only get better and better with you by her side holding her hoof on your continued partnership together. How relaxed she looked on that trot up. Your work with her has paid off!! What a great save Emily! It almost seemed to me like she was so relaxed her feet were sleepy and she couldn't get going for jumping. Lol.

Such a good watch, thank you for sharing the fun, the ups, and the downs - very important to keep it real - and you did a great job of getting her back on track during the show jumping. You should be proud of yourself, and darling Addie. She absolutely loves Cross country doesn't she!!
You and Addie have a beautiful partnership and it's been lovely watching it grow. You've done such a great job producing her. Her XC round was mega, she's such a little XC machine and just ate that course up😊

That was very well sat over that first SJ jump! I would have been off. Lots of new things for her at that competition, she did so good!

You’ll recovered well. The triple wasn’t a nasty stop just unsure of question. She did well on representation even if she fit 2 between both 🤣 she’s a clever clever girl. Well done both of you, you two are just the perfect fit for each other, a real dream team! She absolutely flew that cross country course🤩And like Tina said, your season so far has been so good, you can be really proud for all the progress. And progress always comes from highs and lows💪
As a personal preference, I don't mind some double up of footage to help with context. Also any fun things the group do. I'm not a fan of withholding results just so people will watch others. I prefer it when you start with getting to the event, the test, cc course and SJ rather than preparing for the event. Lots of laughter is always welcome. Bottom line, love the competition footage, the behind the scenes banter and I'd like to know how everyone does, on every vlog.
You two have come such a long way!! She is amazing. The showjumping was one of those days where you practice your grace and strengthening your bond, forgiving yourself for little mistakes and keeping on, which you did so well. She just seemed to get very upset that you almost fell off, and it threw her off her game.
It is the highs and lows. Really though, show jumping wasn’t horrible and it did prove you both can get through a rough ride without being too stressed out. You were calm despite rails down and you almost down! You quietly represented at the stop and Addie never stops so it was good to see you both get over it. Cross country was amazing. It was a challenging course and you both made it look easy! Well done Emily and Addie!
Well done Emily. There is always a positive to take from the every situation and a meaningful partnership with your horse is the absolute best, and you have that with Addie & Tina has it with Banks 🧡 always a winner with that x

I was actually at this event at the weekend and saw you there! Can I just say I really really appreciate your honesty for showing your viewers this content. Social media can be used by people just to portray what they want people to see and sometimes only the positives. Good for you for showing your viewers that it doesn’t always necessarily go to plan, but each event is an experience and a learning day! - I really respect for you that well done 💗

Youngsters are always there to keep you on your toes. That xc was an ask that she managed well. Show jump well, you live to ride another day. She looked tired after that show jump. She’ll go far.

Part Two, for some Friday evening entertainment!
Oh no you have to repack the car!
Actually fence #1 , you kicked her and she was like wtf , Fence #2 you need to stop burying her in a impossible deep spot , she's a baby and can't jump from there especially if you're not supporting her, the 5 stride was super long as you either got top deep to the A part and probably should have steadied and done 6 , or gentle moved up and got a normal 5 and not her taking off a mile away , Your horse will tolerate these things for a short time , By the time you got to the combination she didn't know what to do .
The shitry footing combined with the horrible slopes on the arena also makes it impossible to keep a rhythm.
She's a great horse ❤
Some true facts there. The speed of the xc for a green horse was off the scale and still kicked on. By the time she got to sj her confidence had disappeared. Must be hard to be a blogger and have all us armchair critics. I'm glad I'm not the only one that says what they feel.
