    Got this question : As a PM i believe we can still measure individual performance to rate him promotion and other things. Also this helps to identify who is more productive and delivered more Story points and can help to coach the one who is delivering less.,Though scrum insists on overall team.performance in deliveries
    Please let me know your thoughts.
    My View: In my understanding no development approach takes care of this issue, like Waterfall as we study from books does not have recommendation for it, and same way Scrum or SAFe , no recommendation. One of the reason is output are not clearly identifiable to individuals, like if some story are done it involves many people and collaboration so success and failure or story can't depend on one person. Individual feedback is something should be done but how to measure should be more subjective and conversation driven rather than number.

      @@rajeswarikv9396 As we cover in PMP, it is about setting the periodic objectives with each team member and measuring it to find out how to improve and support the performance. In most of the organizations its a organization level process rather than project level, irrespective of you use agile, scrum, kanban , SAFe or waterfall org want to grow their people

      We are coming with one of the PM interview in coming days, and we do see many project managers growing in domain / business analysis skills which helps them in doing product management or part of it, some are also taking the growth towards program management

    If we have multiple features (backlog items),how to have sprint goal.As sprint goal should be one common goal.It can't use commas and statements to comibine multiple requirements as one goal..In that case should we not define sorint goal..Or do we need to mention the highest priority of those items as a sprint goal for that sprint?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  27 днів тому +1

      It depend on which framework you use and why you want to have Sprint goal, in case of SAFe you can have Sprint / Iteration Goals , in case of Scrum sometime their material insist on just one goal. I think it all depend on how you adapt it, in general we want to keep it less but not necessary always one.
