No they feel fine to me - probably looks awkward in the filming outside because it was on a bit of a slope (Jack wanted some pretty pictures!). You can adjust the cables though to move them to where feels best for you
Gorgeous as always! Watching the vlog, my question is: How did you feel upper body wise. You looked a bit constrained and out of wack upper body wise. Or am I off due to the camera angle? Bring the noise to Kona! and Slainte!
Nice to see a video on this. I’ve largely only seen photos of athletes using it with fairly vague explanations of the benefits.
let’s go Ruth! keep up the content! It never disappoints
Very cool.
the state of the treadmill is giving me anxiety
I am going to need to get one to recover after my foot injury
It looks like the cables/bungies interfere with natural arm movement/position, did you find this? It looks very awkward

You can make the ropes more narrow than that. I find my arm swing is normal with mine. But might also depend on your arm swing
Thanks for the response both. Guess I’d need to just try it out. I’m a “flailer” 😁
I know us triathletes are prone to spending a lot of money on gear but not sure I can justify $1000+ for this. Was thinking may a couple of hundred
Does it impend/restrict your natural arm movement while striding? Looks interesting as a prehab or worse case rehab device :)
Omg I love your arms
#armgoals 🥰
That treadmill needs a good clean 🤢 looks like the floor under my turbo. Otherwise interesting to see how this works and the benefits of it. Thanks
