Thats strange it should. Make sure thete are no obstacles near the charge base. At least 50 cms near nothing
It’s having trouble seeing the charging base. Make sure it’s not obstructed in any way

Have you tried logging into your router settings on a laptop and making sure it's set to only 2.4ghz signal. This is a very common issue with devices that connect to networks
