This was the AG's Office (Auditor General Office) during the British Colonial days. It later became some Law Courts in Ne Win's BSPP era. Now it is neglected save for squatters. It is located in Phayre Street (named after Sir Arthur Phayre) later called Pan Soe Dan. It straddles Barr Street (Maha Bandula Park St)
