Nice vid coach! What’s the best weekly routine for the off-season (wr/db)? Like how many times per week should I go to the field, for how long should I stay on the field, should I go lift first or field first? Etc... thanks for everything stay safe🙏🏽
I would say just follow your school lifting program. For field work, try to go at least 3 times a week but listen to your body don't over do it. Make sure you're actually doing field work, don’t go to the field just to do 1 on 1s with your friends. Have a plan and execute it
Great content, coach. Appreciate it a ton. Have you been planning on releasing a video pertaining to WR stems, too? Would love to get your view/input on what kind of stems there are and what routes to expect off of those respectively (e.g. leverage breaking stems to force open up, stems to DB's opposite shoulder to widen DB and create room for the cut-back, etc.)! Keep it up and stay safe! (Y)
Have a good night and God’s love you

Great video coach. Usually, I have trouble reacting to the receiver's breaks, so this helps me out a lot
