Scottie has won 8 of his last 48 events. Tiger had a stretch where he won 33 times in 100 starts. Scottie needs to win 26 more times in his next 52 starts to beat that. To say we’ve never seen golf like this is wild. I get you’re newer to the sport, but gotta do better with the data if you gonna say it.
He'd have to play at this level for another 15 years to be Phil. Tiger is unotuchable. By age 28 (Scottie will be 28 in 3 months), Tiger had 4 wins and 8 majors. That's insane. If Scotty wins 7 more majors the rest of his career, he'll go down as a top 5 ish player all time.@@daltonmckinney4831
Grant was an altar boy amongst frat boys with Good Good. His “awwwshucks” demeanor meant he was always going to be the foil, not the feature player of that crew. He appeals to a different core audience, and certainly to a wider demographic. I’m absolutely positive that an agent, or a very savvy businessperson in the very least, broke down the potential value and reach of his individual brand for him before he left good good, because that gig was a helluva bird in the hand. And Grant made a very good bet on himself - his Q score is off the charts. Brands are dying to be associated with him.
Isn't it hard to be open and honest about some subjects when your sponsored by 2 different brands in one video? For example, what's your take on GG clothing costing more than brands like Under Armor or Calvin Klein.... ? Do you really think the quality of their product justifies being more expensive than mainstream brands? Grant is doing really well right now, not because of anything different he's doing but because the algorithm is starting to be more focused on authenticity and authentic content... GG's "how many ideas can we scrape with this wheel or tee box or this challenge" type approach won't last forever and the views are dropping as a result. BDS has a similar issue yet is somewhat protected by their larger than life characters and amazing chemistry - something which seems to be lacking in most of the recent GG videos (would mention Garrett and Brad on the GM golf channel, they've been crushing it together in fairness though) but that's 2 people out of a much larger team.
Clothing pricing doesn't require transparency though? If you don't think the price is justified then don't buy it. It's a free market. Buy under armor if the price to quality meets your needs. Also comparing the economies of scale of under armor with good good is pretty disingenuous. There is no way their moqs are even close to what under armor is doing.
Hasn’t Grant said he wanted to be closer to his dad in Florida? Between that and getting married you would figure his travel is scaled differently and it’s more flexible to travel on his schedule than be on demand of Good Good’s….
This. This is the answer. His dad is older. He was getting married. Family comes first. The work one week of filming, take three weeks off was starting to change in Good Good. You can see it right after he left. Massive trips, bus tour, etc. Wasn’t going to work with his new lifestyle. People read too much into it.
It’s a great move for Grant and we will probably see more people signing with primo don’t be surprised if we see Bryan bros and busts Jack with primo when their rhoback deals are up
Exactly.. I believe there was this golfer named Tiger Woods.. maybe Nate has heard of him😏 there was a time when you thought he was going to win every tournament he played in. Oh yeah.. and he won all 4 majors in a row. 3 in one year and the Masters the following year. Yeah.. that guy was pretty good.
Wasn’t the Good Good Callaway deal one of the main reasons? Nice to see Grant doing well, but I wouldn’t say he’s doing anything that the other UA-cam golfers aren’t already doing - Rick has done Junior golfer collabs already, and all the challenges with Micah and the Bryan Bros aren’t new. No shade, just saying it how it is.
That’s what Grant does. He piggy backs on other people’s concepts and for some reason, people applaud him for it. To me, his channel is only watchable if he has a good guest or cool group with him. Alone, he is a wet towel. He can’t carry and audience in a solo video like Rick, Garrett, and even Luke. To me.
There were a lot of people that put Grant down when he left Good Good. It's clear he left for the reasons he stated from the beginning... He wanted to be able to create these types of videos and have total creative control of his content and brand. He would not have the time or control for all of that being tied to Good Good.
Scottie on a run that hasn't been seen before ?????? You obviously didn't watch golf before Scottie came along. Might want to check a guy out named Tiger Woods. Vijay Singh says hello aswell
I love this, I just started putting out golf videos more seriously and I know it’s gonna take a lot of time and hard work to see any sort of success. But I’m excited for it
For the GG fanboys, yes they helped Grant gain traction in this space. But Grant outgrew them in 12 months. It shows Grant is a serious YT contributor whilst GG are stuck in the general Gen Z celebrity worshipping demographic.
That Glock glockn 9,000 joke definitely make more r rated jokes more often let’s be honest everyone leave the good good group cause they want more money that simple
I’ll never be a Grant fan again. Poor character guy. The way he treated the company and his friends was very poor. Will not be a promo person either. 🤷🏻♂️

Rahm and Brooks got him on majors too. People are bored.
Scottie playing on a level we’ve never seen before….? Um, Tiger?
Yep. Tiger was Scottie before Scottie could even form a sentence but he could actually make putts.

Tiger or Jack.

Good for grant! If you put in the work things pay off in the long run! Nothing makes me happier then seeing someone succeed
You don’t have UA-cam premium?
lol, I was thinking the same thing.
ran to the comments to see if anyone else thought the same 😂😂😂

That thumbnail was so good, I thought it was Grant's channel

Nitpicking a bit but we have definitely seen this level of pro golf before. Maybe im just old. Scottys’ great too

In the last mr beast video chandler was wearing a primo hat. With the reach of a mr beast video this brand could be huge.
He can thank Garrett for his start... for without Garrett, he would not be where he is now!
True, but Good Good wouldnt be where they are without Grant either.
Which Grant has acknowledged on multiple occasions....... why the constant need to keep bringing this up, think its time to move on pal.
Agreed

Ya, I wouldn’t call him a solo channel, most of his videos are collabs, Rick in my opinion is still one of the only solo channels

@@D_Man_913stop crying, he doesn’t do anything different than what others do including GG.

It was a smart move on Grant Park to go solo. Give him much more flexibility in the space and there’s already too many groups out there.

Im bored of utube golf i think its peaked i prefer watching the big tours
Nate…why do you not have YT premium??
Get in there Grant forward all the way G
If you’re a reporter, you need to ask the hard questions and share otherwise these are just rumors and feels like UA-cam golf TMZ.
Even tmz asks hard questions
he's diversifying. smart.
Grant left because corporations run this world.

Fairway Fuel is actually really good. Thanks for plug Nate 🤙
Good for him
I could see this being a thing. So proud of Grant and the things he is doing in this space.
Pretty sure your thumbnail picture is actually Megan Markle 😂😂😂😂
I have never to this day, bout any primo attire.
My best guess is if the money was right he would not have left

I can't stand Good Good. I'm so glad Grant left. I started watching yt golf after that occurred. He's with Bryson as my favorite.
Easy. Because he wants to own his own business. He’s the best player there.
