This is not his house, it's the new studio where he records his covers now, he joined in on a rent with some other musicians who sometimes use that space and can't afford the rent by themselves. Fantastic cover, couldn't imagine that song in a power metal version, but Tommy did a fantastic job by keeping it true to the original and yet upgrading it to something fresh
