I Install Cam Bearings in the Vortec LS Based 6.0, I have Issues

All the cam bearing had to be beat in with some pretty good force. Except the very front bearing, I could easily beat it in. After doing some measuring I found out that bearing was an oval shape and the short side of the oval was smaller than the hole.
