    Justice to the victim who is Kercher and NOT Knox. If it had been Knox, then she'd derserve to be sentenced again no matter how beautiful she looks. The court case has now been opened again and we shall see.

    He sued and got money. Amandas family spent many millions of dollars defending her and traveling back and forth so hopefully this puts her family back together financially again.

    Every time I see or hear her name it just brings it all back. She and the likes of her a signing book deals interviews, films etc cashing in on a person she had so much to do with that death. Please don't get me started. I feel nothing but contempt for the mockery and travesty she has embroiled herself from start to finish. Ruined many lives and created two cultures divided. All in the name of raging jealousy ending in murder she was right there in the centre of it all.

    I just watched the movie on her with Hayden Pantierre...from that movie, I don't think she did it. There would have been more evidence if she had done it. Hair or something.. She had/has long hair and girls know..we lose hair like crazy. There would have been more evidence.

    There is no double jeopardy law in Italy. There are no legal reasons why Knox can't be extradited when she is finally convicted of murder.

    Do you want to know whose "emotional journey" I want to see? The family of the woman whose throat was slit by this murderer. The ones that last a sister and daughter. Not the killer that escaped justice for being American and is now making 4 million in a book deal about her murder victim. America is the most disgusting place on Earth.

    This gorgeous girl, had her whole life ahead of her! I'm disgusted AK comes to Italy creates havoc, young girl murdered just like that. This pathetic excuse of a human been at the centre. I'm so angry and hurt to have to live through that for me was one of the most horrible chain of events. Gives our culture and our country the worst reputation. While she hops on a plane arrives back home like some kind of celebrity. Kercher Family are in limbo. Clearly no peace of mind no justice.

  • @HatingIsUgly
    @HatingIsUgly 12 років тому +3

    Why? Was it the complete absence of physical evidence at the crime scene for Knox's presence? Was it the failed motivation after motivation from Mignini? What was it that convinced you of her guilt?

  • @kq1777
    @kq1777 3 роки тому +1

    She is innocent of first degree murder charges. (None of her dna at acene) .but she is involved (likely th4 cover up afterwards) and so is her then boyfriend. Too many things don't add up and there is a lot against her for all of this to be proven false.
    There is more here. Eventually we will know the full story.

  • @opium600
    @opium600 11 років тому +1

    Exactly! She is a celebrity now. Pathetic. Should have told what she did. Justice will prevail no question! Nothing about her tears body language eyes crying face voice looking up with hand to her chest?? come on.

    I think those people that cheered are PROBABLY friends/family of Amanda and cheered her because she was found innocent. You know.... people DO cheer for other things than JUST heroes.... I don't see how that makes them disgusting for cheering for their loved one....

  • @nancylp400
    @nancylp400 11 років тому +1

    She doesn't have to keep a low profile. She was accused of a horrendous crime she more than likely had nothing to do with so if she wants to shout from the rooftops and give interviews that is her right.

    I would like to see Amanda give the money she's getting for this book to lumumba, she is the only one responsible for ruining that mans reputation and his business because of her nasty lies. Would also like to see her answer some serious questions about the night of the murder and the days that followed on a live show. If she's innocent as many say, then it should be a breeze for her, she's nothing to hide...right?

  • @nancylp400
    @nancylp400 11 років тому +1

    They were never able to prove her guilt and they had plenty of time to do that. If they were guilty and good buddies with Rudy it makes no sense that they didn't flee with him after committing such a horrendous crime. None of this really matters at this point because I looked up the extradition treaty between US & IT & there is a clause preventing extradition to have someone retried for a case they'd already been aquitted of so Italy is SOL.

    Il verdetto che non è sopravvissuto è quello di Hellmann, che non è stato "ribaltato" come dicevano gli apologeti di Knox, MA è ANNULLATO (causa di illogicità), È DIVERSO!
    Praticamente il primo livello (Massei: colpevole), il SECONDO livello (Nencini: colpevole) sono gli unici "verdetti reali", che hanno preceduto il verdetto finale, quello di Marasca / Bruno: "non colpevole di prove insufficienti" CHE SOMEHOW ha scritto nel loro motivazioni di detto verdetto che:
    1 - Amanda era SOLO lì (e probabilmente Sollecito) quando Meredith fu assassinata)
    2 - che Amanda si lavò le mani (e i piedi) dal sangue di Meredith
    3 - che Amanda ha aiutato l'assassino a ripulire la scena
    4 - that Amanda WILLINGLY accused an innocent when backed into a corner by Sollecito's withdrawal, when he claimed that Amanda wasn't with him at his apartment and that he lied because Amanda would have convinced him to lie.
    5 - that Amanda didn't recant her accusations against Lumumba (on the contrary to what has been told to American people)
    6 - that she lied (all three lied like there's no tomorrow)
    DO YOU FIND THESE REASONINGS LOGICAL AND THAT SHOULD LEAD TO A "NOT GUILTY VERDICT"????

  • @fehr2005

    You judge people by the way they behave themselfs not because you knew them...
    People can judge others too. although they don't know them. That's is very normal to human.
    For ex. , lot of parents forbidde their children to hang out with others which they think, its bad influence. Or a lot people judge Britney and Michael Jackson because of this and that.
    People are judging others although they don't each others. That normal to human.
    Its just other cannot accept it, because they are naive

  • @HatingIsUgly
    @HatingIsUgly 12 років тому +1

    The first level was "complete and thorough" ... um, saying this with a straight face has to be hard. Massei expressed complete conviction in the verdict by using variations of conjecture 39 times in his report as support for the guilty verdict.
    "probably" "it could have been" "based on this assumption it is believed"
    Conjecture is not conviction, it is doubt. The Massei Report is all doubt and failed to give the right verdict was corrected by the honorable judges and jurors in appeal.

    watch 0:32 to 1:19 Not buying it not for a second. Her tears are tears of fewww I got away with it! Through her jealousy of Ms Kercher it ended in murder. I don't believe she is innocent. She would have been the one that taunted her victim hence forty knife wounds! She knows exactly what happened in that house/bedroom and what role she played. Drugs and alcohol gave Knox dutch courage as her jealousy had reached boiling point. Hence her fear she knew exactly what she did her panic was real fear!

  • @RaelynnM
    @RaelynnM 11 років тому

    You're right. She very well may be completely guilty. BUT, she was found innocent and set free to move on with her life, regardless if she is guilty. But there was never any true proof she did it. I honestly wouldn't hide away for 10 years if I was accused of murder. If I KNEW I didn't do it, what do I have to hide for? Ya know? Not meaning any disrespect. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

    The poor girl. It seems like every emotion has to be "acted". Her torment has already started. In a sense the prison term may have been better for her, to help her find repentance. With having to keep up this facade, that ain't gonna happen.

    In Meredith's room, there were only Guede's footprints. Only Guede's handprint. Only Guede's DNA - on the purse, on the sweatshirt, on the bra, INSIDE of Meredith's vigina. He admitted he was in the room. That he handled the bloody towels from the bathroom, his feces in the toilet. He had cuts on his hands (slippery knives without hilts often end up cutting stabbers fingers). The footprint more closely matched him than Sollecito. Right footprint on rug. Only Guede's left shoe print in hall.

    Well, I'm sure they were very upset. Obviously. BUT, there was no actual proof that Amanda did it, just because the girl lived with her, doesn't mean she had anything to do with it. Only Amanda knows the truth and if she did it, she has to live with the guilt. Back to the subject, her friends and family were cheering for her because she spent years behind bars "wrongfully" accused of murder, they didn't know whether or not she was going to see them again. Shit, I'd cheer if she were my sister...

    Interesting that you bring his race into it. I suppose that tells us a lot about you.
    More to the point, it amuses me that you think Knox's current conviction will not be confirmed by the Supreme Court - the reason I phrase it that way is, of course, because she is currently convicted (through her original trial), and will have to prove herself otherwise to what I imagine will be a court that relies solely on evidence, not silly bombast. What a shame she can't have the US media on the jury, eh?
