Last week we hiked up the mountain with our instruments to see how our neighbouring volcano is doing. We were joined by filmmaker @JonBear and shot a spontaneous music video together.
Ljósaskil, is the icelandic version of Meanderings, and is the version that will appear on our upcoming album Pendúll.
By the way. Jon Bear (Ragnar’s brother) has been keeping an eye on the volcano ever since the eruption started in March, and has captured some stunning moments that are available for admiration on his youtube channel:

I just kept wondering if they actually hiked up there with those instruments or if someone carried them cause another person said that it was such a difficult hike, etc. Also about how funny it would be to be hiking on such a pretty day and stumble on three men playing ukes surrounded by cameras... but once I stopped worrying about logistics, it was such a lovely piece. Think I'll listen again. :)
