- Manufacturing footage from the Hyundai Ulsan plant, the world's largest automobile manufacturing plant in Ulsan, South Korea. With 34,000 workers, the plant has an annual capacity of over 1.4 million cars - 5,600 daily.
The footage shows the manufacturing process of the Hyundai Accent, Elantra, Ioniq, Ioniq 5, Palisade, Santa Fe, Starex (H-1), Tucson, Tucson Fuel Cell and Veloster.

The first Korean product i purchased was a Samsung stereo back in 1983. I wasn't keen on buying it as i had never heard of Samsung back then. But the man in the shop assured me they were good. And he was right. Now Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Kia, Doosan are among the best in the World. Well done Korea!!

I have a Hyundai Santa Fe excellent vehicle. I love it. Only thing I dislike is the dealership I got it from. They do not do what you ask to be done for normal maintenance. They lie to their customers and say they did the work.

It's amazing that some of the workers are listening to music or watching UA-cam with earphones. I had a hard time believing this story when it was on the news in Korea, but after watching this video, what a messed up company. What a bunch of unionized people who don't even wear uniforms.

My body shop is still waiting on body parts that were ordered on June 28, 2022. Why does Hyundai have so much difficulty producing and shipping parts? I'm reaching out to them through headquarters and Hyundai USA.

Overall the total road deaths for the Main NZ centers in NZ totalled 279 = AKL/BOP/Canterbury/Manawatu/Northland/Waikato WGTN did not total in with a low rate of deaths for 2023 @ 15 deaths on there roads for 2023.
The waikato faired not much better as we know from other regions with 67 deaths on NZ roads the worst of the totals for 2023.
Canterbury road deaths sit just shy of the AKL 2023 total at 45.
Auckland total deaths on the road abysmal at 47 for 2023. Highest death rates for Auckland roads sits at 111 deaths for 2021/2022 combined.

I bought a new 2017 Elantra..Starter coil failed @ 21,000..Not a huge issue..but it is when your stranded ...Traded it for Nissan Altima. It rides so much smoother and quiet from outside.

As you observe, the employees are wearing an ordinary dress. My only comment is that instead of the regular dress, there should be a company uniform similar to that of the workers from japan starting from the assembly line down to the final inspection. I hope hyundai and kia can address that concern...

In the past, They wore the uniform, but now Hyundai respects individual freedom more so they wear that feel comfortable each other.

I had 4 Hyundai cars 2 Elantra and now a kona ,very happy no problems
I'm gonna trade my Cube (first car) in for a Kona when my cube hits 175K miles. I've had troubles with it but I liked it. The warranty on a brand new Hyundai is whats drawing me in to make my first new car purchase a Hyundai, because I want a car that I can keep for a long time, take care of and love for a while.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sports Limited with 36k miles. Amazing car. I briefly had a low trim Kona as a rental as the day I got my Hyundai, some old lady backed into it at 20 MPH and caused lots of damage. The body shop was able to get the Alabama plant to recast half of the car that was damaged despite it being a 8 year old model and still provided amazing support. The Kona was pretty good too, it can hold a good amount of storage despite it being compact.
Then how come a Dealer here at home has No New Cars on the Lot???
