I am a middle-class woman but it bothers me when the people around me follow a herd mentality where if one has an L-shaped sofa everybody has to have it so that they don't lag behind and are considered 'updated'.
Nothing in their home reflects their personality, their individuality. That's exactly why I enjoy home tours on LBB, unqiueness and distinct individual tastes.

@@pachamaala3477 Exactly. I think we viewers and so many like us can recognize homes that have souls and are not mere imitations.
I guess people's honesty and vibes reflect in their homes and perhaps that is what made us fall in love with these homes.
P.S : U know we have few so-called rich people in our building whose homes scream luxury but there's some happy and feel-good element that is always missing.
Personally not my style but all that their homes have is heavy wood work, expensive false ceiling which they keep re-doing whenever there are water leakages and furniture that only shows that they want to be perceived as affluent.
They will have an abstract painting not bec they like it but bec the rich are supposed to have it it seems, they will have Budhdha not bec they believe in him or like him but bec the affluent have it as a show piece it seems. I can only laugh at this silly thinking.
