If you're maxed out of your Kettlebell weight on deadlifts, rows and single arm swings, here's a couple things you can do.
Add resistance bands to deadlifts, stack and combine your current kettlebells!!
Example. only have 2x12kg? Well heres a 24kg single arm row!
NOT FOR BEGINNERS but you can figure out if youre ready for it. Just be mindful

Joe, this was fantastic. I know you can do dead lifts and swings with bands, but don’t know if there are any other exercises that you would recommend using bands for (with kbs). If there are could you do a video or recommend some?
Goblet squats are easy. I made a part of that in my 23 squat variations vid.

Hi there! I just found your channel and I'm enjoying the content and how creative and detailed your information is, Thank you! Is it possible for a female who is already toned and lean from years of traditional weight lifting to transition to only KB training and maintain or even build lean muscle mass in arms and legs? I currently own 1 12kg and 2 15lbs. Or will I have to still do isolated dumbell/barbell work for biceps, etc? Thank you in advance 🙏

Are 2 arms swings possible with the stacking method ?
Low ones possibly. Its gonna be hard to get a grip as kettlebells were really meant for one hand grips. Unless a SUPER wide handle But make sure the too bell doesnt flip over.. Or if the light one is below. Make sure it doesnt go flying a way from you.

This is _so_ far beyond me. LOL I used to do a kb workout once a week. Now my regimen only allows for two a month. And I'll tell ya, it's like starting from ground zero every time; KBS kick my ass into pulp.

Will this mess up the paint on your kettlebells?
Absolutely. You could put a neoprene sleeve around it or something.all my bells are messed from double clean and jerk etc.

@@mattdempsey8173 mate, its your training equipment to become super functional and strong. who cares about the look of the kettlebell? my kettlebells all look unused but i will go for doubles soon, than its over with the look.
Nay it just aesthetics. You can always spraypaint them again!
