Hi. Blind person here. Fun fact: Bendaroos kinda helped me through math classes. My school had a stockpile of them because they dried up quick but whenever I needed to look at some diagram that would otherwise be too visual you could just whip them out and make that diagram on a piece of paper. They also helped for situations where I had to draw things because you could make the outline of the thing I was supposed to draw. I literally go around saying "How much stuff can you stuff in a stuffie til your stuffie's stuffed with enough stuff?" It is quite possibly a vocal stim. I can't shake it. I've been like this for over a decade now.
I loved how David Bowie's character in Labyrinth contact juggles with a glass ball. The pro contact juggler was apparently hidden under the goblin kings cloak. Very on brand for a Jim Hensen movie
"As seen on TV" was a classic example of stuff I'd see advertised and want but know my parents would never buy for me. My mall even had an "As Seen on TV" store, and I used to go in there to see what weird products they were selling. And I think everyone has a story of getting a slime toy stuck somewhere it shouldn't. In my case, I got Gak stuck in my hair when I was 3, and my parents had to cut it out. I think it might have been banned from the house afterward (and my parents were not the type that banned stuff).
OMG!! I had gak when I was about 10-12. It was a bright neon green. Noone else brings up gak. I love you for this. Did you grow up with troll dolls... The ones with the little gem as a belly button... When I was in late elementary/early junior high it was the absolute rage and everyone was buying and gifting them as the collectible little treasures as they were. In maybe 5th grade, one could have a birthday party and expect at least 4 trolls... The NOSTALGIA

My sister and I used to say that we wanted toys from these infomercials for Christmas in particular. I even remember my sister repeated “I want that for Christmas” til the commercial was over cuz she really wanted Santa to get it for her, and that really annoyed me. And I also remember trying to call a toll free number after they said “you must be 18 or older to order,” and my sister said “but you’re not 18,” but then I said “but I am older,” which basically meant that I was older than her!
When I was little, whenever I saw any commercial advertising any sort of item I'd say "I need it" or "I want it" even things that weren't toys. Tbf, I was pretty little. I have a very vivid memory of trying to convince my mom that I needed a snuggy
Everyone's very talking about pillowpets, but I haven't seen anyone talk about the pillow pets dreamlights which were the same as pillow pets but they had a light projector on the top that would project lights to your ceiling and they were ment to be used to light up your room to go to sleep or something like that. I just bought a dream lites plush like three or four months ago! I found one of the dogs at my local thrift store and I took him home to heal my inner child, lol I already had a dog pillow pet, so the dream lites made them a matching set 😊 I really love it! I use it every night, lol
When I was little I was absolutely obsessed with infomercials and As Seen On TV for some reason. Like not even just toys, random shit like the Gyro Bowl and apparently I was really obsessed with the Chillow?? I didn't even have one, I just liked the concept of a cold pillow I guess
I vividly remember when I was really little, I was in a Snackeez commercial, I still have the cups today. They were Frozen themed, I was never able to find the advertisement though. I am 99.9 percent sure they did not air the one I was in because I spilled the food lol.
I don’t remember what it was called, but the as seen on tv thing I wanted the most- for whatever reason- was this toothpaste dispenser gadget that stuck to your bathroom wall or mirror, then you would stick your toothbrush under it and it would dispense what was supposedly the ideal amount of toothpaste onto the brush. I saw it in a store one time but my mom always said we didn’t need it. And she was probably right.
I remember that commercial! It was so satisfying to see the typical blue, pink, and white toothpaste gently pour out into the perfect toothpaste line. Never got one, and never wanted one, but I loved seeing the commercial.
Man I remember that thing. I wanted it so bad I asked my parents 4 times and they were beyond confused why their 7 year old was so enthusiastic about toothpaste tubes
Old bastard here. Floam used to be a Nickelodeon product. Along with Gak (which was essentially slime), and a few other products I forget the name of. They had a bunch of toys that you used to mold Floam or inflate Gak and such. In the 90's we were obsessed with gross out culture for some reason.
I really didn’t think about it until now, but the 2000s really were prime time for these infomercial toy products. My parents never really bought us a lot of those, but one that my parents did buy us that didn’t show up in this video were Pixos. My sisters used to play with them all the time.
Oh yes pixos and aqua beads !! They were discontinued for chocking hazards and I guess they were super dangerous if kids ate them (which they almost always did). I had them for a little before the recall !!
My little sister stuck bendaroos on EVERYTHING. Our light switch, wall, bed frame, and window had those little wax sticks stuck to it for like 7 years before we moved out of that house. Bendaroo sculptures could be found around our room too.
You're kinda like the chosen one/patron saint of Gen Z for really niche childhood interests. You're the first youtuber I go to when i want to reminisce on uber-specific nostalgia because I knew you'd GET IT!! Literally the minute I saw you make a video on shopkins/trash pack, I knew id like you (besides your yt name bc a reference to Lalaloopsy, another brand I love) 🤣
i can only sleep on pillow pets, i have one big one that i place in the middle of my bed, framed by two little ones on each side. I struggled for years with pillows, i slept without a pillow for most of my life until i rekindled my pillow pets obsession and found that the little ones are perfect for me!! Great video
I remember one time saw a commercial for an RC car that had the ability to "stick and drive on walls" and had a laser pointer as its controller and I remember wanting it so badly. A few weeks later, I saw it at a store and begged my mom to get it, and she did. I remember getting home to try it out and the way it worked was that it had a literal motor inside of it that would stuck in air like a vacuum and it sounded like a literal jet engine and the motor was so underpowered that it could barely even stick to an angled surface without falling. I'm pretty sure I only used the car once lol. I still have the laser porter controller funnily enough to use it to play around with my dog since she likes chasing the light around
No way I had one of those because my dad got one from his job (he's in the tech industry so he would get a lot of "goody bag" type stuff very often) and that thing was so loud and gosh it was so difficult to maneuver on our textured walls.
this video unlocked the deep seeded memories when she said “Benda-what? benda-who?” my mind filled in the “BENDAROOS!!” 😂😂😂 i didn’t even know i knew it i also officially feel old 😂❤
Out of all of the As Seen on TV toys there were, my personal favorite has to be Wuggle Pets. It was basically a DIY kit version of Build-A-Bear. You take an empty plush, fill it with stuffing, and give it a personality. Afterward, you got to clip it onto your backpack and take it wherever, you get the idea. I had four Wuggles. Of course I had the unicorn and dog that came with the kit, but I also had the monkey and horse as well. Strangely enough, the horse was the only one I actually gave a name, that being Butterscotch. I got the name off of some joke from Billy and Mandy. I wish they'd come back. Wuggles were cool.
Recently my mom and I cleaned out our garage and found a bin of my old stuffed animals that I could not part with. Amongst the build a bears (that would be a great video idea btw,- BUILD A BEAR) was of course my beloved collection of pillow pets. I mean, as an 05 baby pillow pets have a special place in my heart. I remember having the lady bug at some point, a light up unicorn that displayed moon and stars on my ceiling, a panda, and a hippo. PILLOW PETS NEED A COMEBACK!
i got a snackeez for one of my friends as a gag gift for christmas bc theyre notoriously clumsy and always spill their drinks/snacks, and it was actually like such a good gift that all my other friends and myself were like damn, we should get one of these for ourselves LOL
14:25 I’ve only ever used mine as a pillow. It’s been 15 years of consistent use as a pillow and almost never velcro’d. She is FLAT lmao but I love her so much (I am 20)
I remember my sisters and I having Pillowpets, Snakeez and the Fushigi ball. The Snakeez cup didn't hold your food that well when you tipped it over on accident, and the Fushigi ball was extremely heavy, as mentioned in the video, and extremely underwhelming experience as a kid, but it looked cool, so we would role-play with it as a crystal ball instead. I also wanted Moon Sand and Orbeez as a kid, but we never had it.
Homemade slushie huh? If your okay with it having fruit in it: Get a drink of your choosing, i normally get a blue Powerade because i like blue flavor Then get a bag of frozen fruit (I typically get a bag of black cherries or mango) Add the drink into the frozen fruit while its at its coldest (i normally level it to be just above the fruit) Reseal and squish it around Then in roughly 5 minutes, a slushy! Or at least, icey drink+fruit It made working in the summer bearable for me
We're definitely going to need a part two. You missed one of the most infamous and popular As Seen on TV toy lines of all time. "Boxy Girls". They were so popular, that they eventually got sold in stores, and turned the As Seen on TV toy company that made them into a household name in the toy industry. For a few years, they had a pretty strong grip on the doll market, and they popularized toys (especially dolls) coming packed in with mystery items, and you wouldn't know what you got until you bought the dolls. Basically starting the blind box and blind bag toy craze, that still exists to this day.
6:52 I just noticed a tiny thing, when you changed your phrasing from “they sold me” to “they influenced me.” I wonder when in our (society’s) vocabulary we started to say the latter more often? When did infomercials turn into ads, etc? Would Billy Mays be considered an influencer? So many questions brought on by a changed word
35 years ago I had a he-man toy that was a diorama scene where a big mouth drooled slime all over a captured he-man, of course it got all over the carpet and I got in trouble and blah blah blah. Good to know some things never change.
Wow, this was quite the trip! I actually remembered being obsessed with As Seen on TV toy commercials for a while, so I remember most of these things! And I do indeed remember buying some of these products. By the way, if you ever decide on making a follow-up video where you talk about more As Seen on TV toys, I have a suggestion: Wuggle Pets! I remember collecting a lot of these as a kid! I don't know if I still have them, but I LOVED them! They're basically miniature Build-a-Bears where you have this little machine-like maker where you can make your Wuggle Pet, and you can even give them a personality. And they come in a wide variety of animals as well. Some of them included a blue dog, a unicorn, a purple raccoon, a monkey, and more! They are honestly super adorable! Honestly, I don't know what it is, but cute anthro toylines with "pet" in their name is always a one-way ticket for me to love them! Like with the Wuggle Pets here, the previous talked about Shoppets of the Shopkins, and Jewelpet (Jewelpets were my biggest obsession when I was like 13)! But anywa, I would love to hear you talk about the Wuggle Pets if you make a second video talking about As Seen on TV toys!
I remember being OBSESSED with most of these as a kid. 7-year-old me was basically attached to the hip to my puppy Stompeez and I'd bring them to every pajama day my school put on. If you keep going with As Seen on TV toys, do you think you could cover Cuddleuppets? They're pretty underrated and were pretty much a key part of my childhood
Watching this video made my inner childhood so happy. I remembered Floam, Pillow Pets the Brightlight Pillow when it appeared on TV. I had the dog one while my brother had the penguin one I believe. And oh my god, I remembered the Slushy Magic. The ice cubes felt squishy when you first get it before you freeze it. I think it worked out okay when it came to freezing the drink into a slushy. It's been a long time actually.
I got the freddy pillowpet immediately. I love him. When they released the giant version I couldn’t help myself either. It brings me so much joy with how tiny I feel next to him. Highkey my freddy pillowpets are what I use as pillows when I travel Fushigi is ANOTHER thing I had. I have the glow in the dark one and STILL have it. I love holding it because of the weight, it’s amazing to fidget with
Man. I was led to believe my whole childhood that my parents were poor, but my sisters and I had sooo many of these. The pillow pets, snackeez, slushy magic, flippeez, floam, wubble bubbles, and so many more. What the heck mom and dad!!
I feel so old, but yes to all commercials! Till this day I still want a Floam. I remember begging my dad for the rainbow paint with brushes and I was so happy when he got it, until I found out my mom threw it away and I was heartbroken.
I remember those classic infomercials my favorite being the my pillow pets but you know they’re not always my pillow pets they could always be your pillow pets
I had a light bright and had and still have a fear of the dark. I never really got used to having my christmas lights off, but when the pillow turned off, I would freak out. I also had flipeez, the same one you're wearing! But it barely worked on 1 side, and the other side didn't work at all. That was the day I bought it 💀 I also remember really wanting potty putty. I can't even believe that's childhood nostalgia for gen z LOL. Everyone wanted it, but I knew not a single person who had it. The number of things I wanted from these commercials but never got is crazyy. But that's why I got my first pillow pet for like my 6th birthday or something. I had a couple of them 😎
I hadn't had an "As Seen on TV" product as a kid; I always had products from the markets. "As Seen on TV" products I would purchase are things for hair removal.
Floam is always so funny to me. When I was a kid, my sister and I had floam. My sister and I were playing with it, and my sister was swinging the flam around over her head. It got really stretchy and she lost control and then I got stuck in her hair. My mom was probably washing her hair for like 45 minutes to an hour and my sister was crying through it because she was freaking out. 😂
I always forget that I can velcro the pillow pets into a stuffed animal lol. I have the bee one on my bed as a pillow. I have a unicorn one I can't find and a mini unicorn on a shelf as a stuffed animal, but I always forget that the bee one can fold like that
I'm now an adult which means I can acquire every as seen on tv item I never had as a kid. Back in May I bought a stitch pillow pet (one of my best purchases of all time imo) and I'm contemplating getting a Snackeez cup. Kid me did have a night light pillow pet, a pair of stompeez, and a pink cat seatbelt buddy. Two out of three can still be found in my home.
Me and some friends got really deep into slime making in sixth grade, we were actually selling it at school in plastic baggies towards the end of the year
I had the iconic Ladybird Pillow Pet. Still have him. I also have 2 fake pillow pets. 19:12 I literally gasped when you mentioned Stompeez. I had the purple unicorn pair. I remember that they’d make a sort of squeak when you’d walk in them due to a plastic piece filled with air that caused the eyes to blink. I loved them though. I remember stomping down the stairs of my house in them every morning!
I definitely remember having a unicorn version of the smaller Stuffies with the magnetic feet, and I had unicorn Stompies as well. I don’t know where either of them are now and I most likely lost them. Some toys not mentioned in this video that I remember on TV are Little Live Pets and My Friend Cayla. I remember having so many Little Live Pets because I loved how interactive they all were. I was especially obsessed with all the birds and I liked recording myself with them. I don’t have the birds anymore, but I do have one more Little Live Pet That I intend to keep. She is a cat and her name is Cuddles and I got her when I was 12. I saw her commercial on TV and being a cat lover, I wanted her so bad. I was so happy when I got her and to this day, she is still the fluffiest and most adorable stuffed animal ever. I’m so happy I still have her because I don’t think she is being produced anymore, and she’s probably really expensive now. My Friend Cayla was a robot doll that could actually interact with you if you asked her questions. I got her for Christmas a few years back, and I really loved playing with her. Unfortunately, my siblings were messing around with her, and her plastic is actually cracked and she had to be taped up. Now she is broken and taped inside a Barbie camper in a room in our garage. I could use her just as a doll, but I’m really sad that she doesn’t have that interactive feature anymore. I thought that would happen to Cuddles as well. No one messed with her and broke her, but my dad tried to fix her since her batteries hadn’t been replaced in a long time. Unfortunately, it didn’t work the first time we tried, and I was really sad. We tried again recently, and this time it worked! I also got a Hatchimal a couple years ago, but for some reason, I was scared of it when it first arrived. I got used to it, and I really liked playing with it after I hatched it. It might actually still be in my house somewhere, and I’m thinking of trying to find it. Still, I think Cuddles will always be my favorite toy animal due to how fluffy and realistic she is. Cats are my favorite animals as well. I used to be scared of talking and moving interactive toys, but I have grown to love them because they give me more than just, something to feel and hold in my hands. They have sound and movement and I think that is really cool. Sorry if I am ranting, I’m just really excited to tell you all of this. Do you think you could please make a video about Cayla, Hatchimals, or Little Live Pets? That would make me really happy.
I had lots of these, but let's be honest, you can DEFINITELY see what Era these are from when I had a snackeez wit shopkins on it😭 Actually I had two😭😭
29:12 idk if they were the same thing but tummy stuffers were sorta similar you would put the things in them through their mouth and I had one and I loved it lol
I found a Kon from Bleach and a Guts from Kill La Kill pillowpets at a con in like 2015 or so and me being almost 30 made a noise of pure joy that I can’t even explain it that my husband who was my boyfriend at the time didn’t even ask if I wanted them and bought them on the spot. Now almost 10 years later, they still have prime spots in our house
me and my brother had slushie magics and i remember every time we poured the juice in with the ice, it froze right in it so when we shook it up (which was a whole arm workout) it wouldn’t make much for us to drink so we’d just chug what was in there and suck the rest off the ice 😭 oh boy was this a blast from the past, amazing video!!
Was anyone else weirdly obsessed with watching the tool/gadget infomercials when they’d come on? Like that blue magic putty clay becoming an entire new coffee cup handle lives in my head rent free😂 Edit: I remember getting something like Bendaroos as a kid from wing stop as a part of the kids menu and I used to make them into jewelry style bracelets and rings while I’d wait for dinner. It’s a fever dream to remember that toy
FINALLY I CAN TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITHTHESE PRODUCTS GROWING UP!! OK! only gonna mention the two that i remember most (even tho at the time of commenting this, im only 19 minutes into the video) Snackems. oh my god- i had one and i loved that thing to death. it is JUST as good as you imagine. i wish i still had mine because i want to use it (also on the dr pepper and goldfsih thing, id do the exact same thing LOL) I remember having a slushy magic. i definetly struggled, but i honestly thought it was because i wasn shaking hard enough. i wish i knew what happened to it. would be nice to try using it again. back on the snackems, maybe you mention it later in the video, maybe not, i literally paused so i could get all of this out. i THINK walmart recently started selling thier own version?? i'm not sure how good they are in quality, but maybe i'll buy one sometime and update my comment. or not. i dont update my comments often. ok ramble over time to keep watching-
I remember seeing these commercials on Nick and CN as a kid, I myself had a Pillow Pet when I was younger, I remember seeing how very creative these commercials were.
Had Floam as a kid it smelled so AWFUL it had that bad chemical smell and despite storing it properly back in the container it just tried up so quickly and was never worth it.
I had a happynapper dog and a mini dog plush that sang the song from the happynapper commercial. I love that when the dog is transformed in to a dog house it features a door bell that works.
I still own and have a pillow pet on my bed. I bought it a couple of years ago because I had remembered Pillow pets existed and I have loved it ever since. I also remember I had a snackies (the cup with the snacks ) when I was younger and now I want it back. 😂 I also have a stuffie !! The dog !! (Sitting in my room still )
This totally unlocked a memory of my bee pillow pet I forgot about, we got rid of it cause I used to get nose bleeds a lot and it was ruined but man I remember using it all the time.

I vividly remember when I was really little, I was in a Snackeez commercial, I still have the cups today. They were Frozen themed, I was never able to find the advertisement though. I am 99.9 percent sure they did not air the one I was in because I spilled the food lol.
I had the shopkins snackeez cup and I actually loved it so much. One day my brother broke it and I cried for like three days.
Ahoy there, fellow ATHF enjoyer.
@@ZeepAtomic Aqua Teen Hunger Force assemble!
WAIT, did you have the blue and pink Frozen Snackeez? I THINK I HAD THE SAME ONES-
@@CarabellRocks-hm6lz nah, I’m pretty sure the only ones I have are two blue ones
Never felt more seen when u brought up the texture nightmare that bendaroos left on my hands lmao
Greg Heffley ahh comment
I REMEMBER THAT OMG
I definitely remember wanting that as a kid. And my mom always said "we don't need it"
Old bastard here.
I occasionally still find pixos in random places in my house. I loved those as a kid
Sadly now brands can’t market to children anymore
Great video
14:06 your dad's unenthusiastic "wow" is bringing me back xD
No way I had one of those because my dad got one from his job (he's in the tech industry so he would get a lot of "goody bag" type stuff very often) and that thing was so loud and gosh it was so difficult to maneuver on our textured walls.
this video unlocked the deep seeded memories when she said “Benda-what? benda-who?” my mind filled in the “BENDAROOS!!” 😂😂😂 i didn’t even know i knew it
i also officially feel old 😂❤
13:05 It’s a pillow, it’s a pet, it’s a Pillow Pet!
Classic!!!
I had (and still have) two wuggles. The pink unicorn and the blue dog. I also vaguely remember stuffing the wuggles.
PILLOW PETS NEED A COMEBACK!
they still make them btw
i got a snackeez for one of my friends as a gag gift for christmas bc theyre notoriously clumsy and always spill their drinks/snacks, and it was actually like such a good gift that all my other friends and myself were like damn, we should get one of these for ourselves LOL
14:25 I’ve only ever used mine as a pillow. It’s been 15 years of consistent use as a pillow and almost never velcro’d. She is FLAT lmao but I love her so much (I am 20)
i remember being so scared of the pocket pals turtle! it's really funny to see that it's involved in such a big lawsuit
Probably a good thing about Orbeez as they can be pretty dangerous
I remember people playing with those fushigi balls in the park and realllyyy impressing me!
Yeah those tricks looked really cool!
Cuddling my neon orange dog pillow pet that I’ve had for 10 years now watching this, love seeing pillow pets being talked about 🥰
Homemade slushie huh?
If your okay with it having fruit in it:
Get a drink of your choosing, i normally get a blue Powerade because i like blue flavor
Then get a bag of frozen fruit
(I typically get a bag of black cherries or mango)
Add the drink into the frozen fruit while its at its coldest (i normally level it to be just above the fruit)
Reseal and squish it around
Then in roughly 5 minutes, a slushy!
Or at least, icey drink+fruit
It made working in the summer bearable for me
I loved the wubble bubble balls! I got one for Christmas and my dad, brother, and I took turns throwing it at eachother. Good times.
The one thing i miss about having to deal with tv commercials was seeing all these infomercials
The snackeez was cool especially the popping noise when you open it POP!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You’re so funny. Plz don’t die.
So many questions brought on by a changed word
omg I have not seen one of those hats in a lifetime
I still have my pillow pet from when I was five or six, and it's the brown shaggy dog. It's a little matted, but I love it.
35 years ago I had a he-man toy that was a diorama scene where a big mouth drooled slime all over a captured he-man, of course it got all over the carpet and I got in trouble and blah blah blah. Good to know some things never change.
5:21 got me tripping I thought the original video used that music and I freaked out like "Littlest Pet Shop video game music huh??"
LMAOOO no it was copyrighted music
Oh.
I used to munch on bendaroos… I literally thought they were candy for a hot minute.
Hey look, someone else has fond memories of Wuggle Pets too!
your editing has been killer lately!!
Yooo, I had a CuddleUppet as a kid! It was a poodle, and I used to pretend it was an announcer for some reason.
Psssh slime? Floam? Give me some Gak - the OG goo!
As a Millennial, agreed!
I remember being obsessed with these types of ads as a kid though i usually didn't actually get 90% of the toys
It's been a long time actually.
i am OBSESSED with the green apple hello kitty in the background soooo Julia
i just know the trajectory of my whole life wouldve changed if my parents bought me that ladybird pillow pet as a kid
I got the freddy pillowpet immediately. I love him. When they released the giant version I couldn’t help myself either. It brings me so much joy with how tiny I feel next to him. Highkey my freddy pillowpets are what I use as pillows when I travel
Fushigi is ANOTHER thing I had.
I remember begging my dad for the rainbow paint with brushes and I was so happy when he got it, until I found out my mom threw it away and I was heartbroken.
i had slushy magic and i remember it never working but i was probably too lazy as a kid to shake it up properly
I remember those classic infomercials my favorite being the my pillow pets but you know they’re not always my pillow pets they could always be your pillow pets
Wow I have not thought of the stuffie tongue twister in a loooooong time
I had a light bright and had and still have a fear of the dark.
I never really got used to having my christmas lights off, but when the pillow turned off, I would freak out.
I also had flipeez, the same one you're wearing! But it barely worked on 1 side, and the other side didn't work at all. That was the day I bought it 💀
I also remember really wanting potty putty. I can't even believe that's childhood nostalgia for gen z LOL. Everyone wanted it, but I knew not a single person who had it.
The number of things I wanted from these commercials but never got is crazyy. But that's why I got my first pillow pet for like my 6th birthday or something. I had a couple of them 😎
I remember these “as seen on TV” commercials
I used my snackeez until it broke soooo many years after i got it! It was the blue one! I should get another one of them sometime...
I have a unicorn one I can't find and a mini unicorn on a shelf as a stuffed animal, but I always forget that the bee one can fold like that
Omg. My boyfriend has that same Ren and Stimpy sticker where they’re coming out of that hole on his water bottle!
‘Toys’ is a category for all ages!!!! The potty putter counts as a toy
Toll-free number. Not toll number. Toll-free was free of charges.
Thank you for feeding us lula!
Is it weird that I kinda miss these commercials? Do you think animals experience nostalgia?
I'm drawing a comic called As Seen on TV so every time I hear that phrase, it's all that comes to mind😭
Me and some friends got really deep into slime making in sixth grade, we were actually selling it at school in plastic baggies towards the end of the year
pillow pets are one of the few ASOT toys that continues to exist in a meaningful way
(I had a frog and my sister had a bee)
That would make me really happy.
does anyone remember happy nappers? the lady bug was my bestfriend!
I HAVE THE UNICORN ONE!!
They are happy. Happy nappers.
I had lots of these, but let's be honest, you can DEFINITELY see what Era these are from when I had a snackeez wit shopkins on it😭
Actually I had two😭😭
Flown was actually around far before the slime phase in 2016-2017. I remember flown from at least like 2010
29:12 idk if they were the same thing but tummy stuffers were sorta similar you would put the things in them through their mouth and I had one and I loved it lol
Now almost 10 years later, they still have prime spots in our house
me and my brother had slushie magics and i remember every time we poured the juice in with the ice, it froze right in it so when we shook it up (which was a whole arm workout) it wouldn’t make much for us to drink so we’d just chug what was in there and suck the rest off the ice 😭
oh boy was this a blast from the past, amazing video!!
i remember watching as seen on tv commercials here on UA-cam lol
Was anyone else weirdly obsessed with watching the tool/gadget infomercials when they’d come on? Like that blue magic putty clay becoming an entire new coffee cup handle lives in my head rent free😂
Edit: I remember getting something like Bendaroos as a kid from wing stop as a part of the kids menu and I used to make them into jewelry style bracelets and rings while I’d wait for dinner. It’s a fever dream to remember that toy
flippes always remind me of a certain incident with an infamous youtuber
FINALLY I CAN TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITHTHESE PRODUCTS GROWING UP!!
OK!
only gonna mention the two that i remember most (even tho at the time of commenting this, im only 19 minutes into the video)
Snackems. oh my god- i had one and i loved that thing to death. it is JUST as good as you imagine. i wish i still had mine because i want to use it (also on the dr pepper and goldfsih thing, id do the exact same thing LOL)
I remember having a slushy magic. i definetly struggled, but i honestly thought it was because i wasn shaking hard enough. i wish i knew what happened to it. would be nice to try using it again.
back on the snackems, maybe you mention it later in the video, maybe not, i literally paused so i could get all of this out. i THINK walmart recently started selling thier own version?? i'm not sure how good they are in quality, but maybe i'll buy one sometime and update my comment. or not. i dont update my comments often.
ok ramble over time to keep watching-
I remember seeing these commercials on Nick and CN as a kid, I myself had a Pillow Pet when I was younger, I remember seeing how very creative these commercials were.
Had Floam as a kid it smelled so AWFUL it had that bad chemical smell and despite storing it properly back in the container it just tried up so quickly and was never worth it.
A seen on tv toy I had was the happy nappers dragon, where it could go from a castle to a dragon. I loved that thing. I’m not sure if I still have it
This is trippy. I'm listening to this in the background and I keep thinking I'm listening to a weird ad read comp
4 minutes in and I can already drink, snack, poop, and practice my golf swing at the same time.
7:47 “2016/2017, when I was in sixth grade”.
Oof. I feel old af. 😂
I was SO INTO THESE as a kid and wanted all of them so badly! Except the stuffies o-o
15:43 yes there is a freddy fazbear pillow pet /nj
i remember, the George Forman grill ads. those things had a lot of plastic on them and had a habit of over heating when used.
Dude I had so many bend a roos
I completely forgot about the Bright Light Pillows until I watched this omgg! I had the pink heart :)
