Ive been away from The Sandbox community for a while now , working on other stuff.Ive noticed there's a new way for creators to monetize their assets. Whereas last time there was some sort of discrepancy between the general public and the actual creators of assets , creators who had actually signed Google Creator Contracts to be partner with The Sandbox.The issue was from what I remember,a lot of these digital assets had to be validated before publishing.So Im guessing that's no longer a thing with Catalyst ?
And I guess what Im more concerned with is whether or not taking the effort to reeducate myself on VoxEdit essentials will pay off when my assets are monetized at a fair price,meaning is it a lucrative side hustle enough for me to actually invest my time in

Depends on your definition of live. They are still technically in Alpha and constantly working on improving their software for game and asset creation. However there are experiences on the map, events happening, game maker and voxedit contests. Marketplace has opened up, so you can mint assets and sell them.
Where is the best place to find beginner tutorials for creating experiences on your land?
The sandbox live streams are a great place to get tutorials. Using the templates, and tutorials shown in the Game Maker.
