It does if you're limb your buffed limb damage is set back to neutral limb damage scaling making u weaker

is there any buffs compared to kamados sun breathing? If not it seems kinda useless aside from the fact you get sun breathing without having to have kamado
I don't know actually alot of stuff is hidden but im pretty sure nothing changes its literally just flame with no debuffs
