Looks pretty authentic. Pandit style rogan josh. I'm not Indian but have both traveled and cooked a lot of Indian food. This is how traditional Rogan Josh is supposed to be cooked. No onions, no tomatoes and it's a much lighter curry. I witnessed this in a lot of Indian restaurants, even in India that they put rogan josh on the menu. But in reality, it's just a mutton/lamb curry. I imagine this would taste even more delicious if made in a pressure cooker.
