A banquet of truth, the living word of living living history. The light is on and no darkness can turn it off. My soul sees God magnified as these ideas flow forth, a sea of sanity drowning the chariots of cruelty and hate. Lord, I am among those who will see the waters part, and the people of peace enter the promised land. Thank you for sharing this pillar of fire!

You see something not right, not fair, not just you have a moral obligation a mission and a mandate to say something, to speak up

I think what John Lewis said about how he was just a kid when he started and many of our current generation are civil rights leaders in the making.

@ it never worked, they don't want us here. What the heck are you talking about. THEY have stolen everything from us including our culture, our history and our language

Was his whole career just talking about what he did fifty years ago? Since I have been aware of him, I have only seen him foment divisiveness, hate, agitation and perpetual victim mentality. Voting Rights happened before he was in government. The Civil Rights Act happened before he was in government. It just seems to me that he has ridden King's coattails for fifty years.

Then perhaps you should ask God the same thing that Elijah asked for his valet Gehazi: "Lord open his eyes, that he may see."🕊️
