The tour of Issan is a 48 night (7 trips) tour of the region of northeast Thailand. During the tour, I made a video of everything I could get to, including tourist areas, important info like immigration offices, and anything I thought was interesting, like the food markets. This is a very long series of around 400 videos.

This is the last video from the Tour of Issan, it is finally over. Things sure did not go as planned, but what can you do. I thank everyone who did take the time to watch a few videos, and a huge thank you to anyone who watched most.
The short-term plan for this channel is simple, take a break, I need to know if the old videos will start getting watched again after I stop putting out new content, I plan to watch the numbers for the next couple of months, from there I will decide plan going forward.
I enjoy the travel and market videos but I really miss the farm videos.

Great Job Paul, that was a hell of a lot of work and road between the markets, parks, cities and just general places of interest (Bus Terminals), as far as I can gather you have the most hands on in person info on Isan. I hope after your hiatus you continue this journey, it suits you.

Wow, huge slab of grilled pork with the big smoke exhaust fan! These grilled pork slabs are very delicious, bought them from evening market in Sadao every time whenever I was there, hom, hom, hom...but not as large as these ones here in the video. Also another must have for me at evening market food stalls are Khanom Krok, the semi spherical sweet coconut dessert topped with green onions. I noticed the absence of this type of Khanom from Issan food market videos of yours, perhaps Khanom Krok is more popular in the southern region. And Se Lek Nam (with glass noodle) is my favourite noodle soup, always have to have a large bowl with lots of chilly flakes topping!
There not in every market but they are a popular thing, have shown them a lot over the years.
